no it isnt. This is about trading the 26 Yoshidas in Outbreak.. I couldnt get a keyword. So Im wondering if it is in Quarantine.

I am not sure if it is in quarantine or not but I am pretty sure it is in the early part of either outbreak or quarantine,sorry I couldent be of more help

you get it from the golden goblins I think, thats how you get evil-eyed as well at least I think sorry if they are both wrong or if one is wrong
