I don't know just..after finding out that Gabi is well A 68 year old Novelist named 鷲尾大治郎 sorta just gets me wondering...

And yes Kuhn = Sieg, as quote

The name is the same as Sieg's real name

I managed to catch some info about Gabi in .Hack Wiki yesterday. A novelist and ex-profesor, he started playing TheWorld after retiring. At least we finally know he's not a girl

Not Mireille either. lol

...Does this mean that it really WAS Mai who died, or did he have another high school girlfriend after her? I got the impression that he didn't, given how upset he was when they broke up.

Umm, please try to avoid putting spoilers in topic titles. Also, all this information just comes from the same book as the Haseo thread. I haven't read anything about Elk being confirmed, but it's possible. Basically the Haseo thing, Gabi, Sieg=Kuhn, Yata's name, and Sakubo's name and "origin" are the only things that I've heard are confirmed.

Did he actually say she died?　　I must have missed that... When did he say it?

It was never statd that it was Mai died, and sorry bout the spoiler in the title xD

But someone Kuhn loved died, though upon the seven years, dunno if he broke up with Mai and it was someone else, or somewhere along that line.

He did say he broke up with his ex-girlfriend with the "well-kept eyebrows."

He lamented that he wished he treated his dead girlfriend "better", and frankly, he treated Mai like a queen.

Yeah, and didn't even Masaya himself mention how badly Kasumi used to tease Mai?

Either way, I'm so glad for the confirmation.
