Help me level faster (Spoilers)

Okay so I'm about to face Ovan and I wanted to know is there some item to help level faster or some level that I can use. Haseo l.119

Go to an area around 5 levels higher than yours.

126~ areas should be great, be sure to get alot of sp \hp healing items, before ovan, he got around 6000hp and angry aidas.

also see if thers equipment that incresses the amount of exp. you gain. I heard that there was

i never had a problem leveling in this game cuz you level up fairly easily in this game, just go to higher levels where it's hard but not overwhelming
