So what info is givin for Ovan? If he had the potential to carry Corbenik, then he must have some significance with the Creation of The world. Maybe hes related to Harold or Emma.

Unlikely both Harald and Emma are DEAD. Emma has no significance in the story other than the fact that she wrote the Epitaph. And Harald only exists in the Blackbox now, if Ovan knew about that he would have saved himself a long time ago.

Since when was Corbenik the "best" epitaph? They are all equal. The avatars only go to any available Epitaph canditates that fit their respective conditions. The criteria for an epitaph canditate is not clearly said, but it's speculated is has something to do with the persons demeanor and attitude.

P.S. The sig pic isn't mine, it was given to me by a friend who said it was from 2chan. I would realy like to meet the artist as well.

Um... Because Corbenik was the best epitaph. It was never Data Drained it had 3 stages and it had the fail safe attack of Drain heart incase it was on the verge of death.

No all phases are equal, Corbenik just hapened to be the last one. He was never DD cause Kite didn't have his braclet (duh), his forms are just part of his "rebirth" powers. His Drain Heart was not a fail-safe, its just one of his attacks and he was nerver on the "verge of death" anyway. It was Kite who was desperate and Aura ended up sacrificing herself to destroy Corbenik and save Kite.

Your forgetting that Corbenik was the strongest hence its the best. The others were able to be Data Drained, and if he still had the bracelet he wouldnt have been able to Protect Break it since in its ultimate Shield stage they couldnt break it. It was Aura and the Lost ones who helped in shattering it. If they didnt help they would have lost

No, you could've protect broken him if you had the bracelet. What's even weirder is that he actually has a set HP, unlike the other phases.

No bracelet=No protect Break=NO DATA DRAIN

Because it was the only way to stop a phase with infinte hp WITHOUT THE BRACLET. Aura essentialy had to make a back-up plan since Kite didn't listen to her when she told him not to kill Cubia yet.

Well Corbenik's barrier was unique to it and with that in place you can't hit it and therefore couldn't protect break it and therefore no data drain. On the other hand the bracelet's give their wearer protection from going into a coma and this spreads to party members as well so Corbenik's drain heart wouldn't have been as devastating so I guess it would have been a stalemate or at least until Corbenik killed you through other means (could it attack when the shield was up?)

Anyway, corbenik is not the strongest because he's the last ( If anybody thinks like that anywhere then something is wrong with them, what about Cubia lawl? It couldn't even be killed without losing the bracelet ) he simply obeys the epitaph of twilight and so he was forced to become last, they all go in order. Having 3 forms doesn't change much either, it's like cubia's wannabe fanboy.

Anyway..this topic is about ovan in real life, not ' lets talk about corbenik cause he has feelings too and has a mind ' >>; They're all slaves to players now anyway, and the only reason ovan's strong is cause his weapon level is like 50 or something..not to mention the locked away arm's secret ( you all know the one ;D )

Where was that said? I remember a list from an offical source that had names and ages of characters IRL, and it was said that Shino was 20.

I think it's possible that Ovan could be dying IRL, because of what he said to Phyllo. Though I don't know if even a really bad AIDA infection could kill someone.

I want to point out that the epitaphs are NOT slaves to thier users. The epitaphs choose thier users and can at any point go beserk or in other words do as they please. Human error can never be eliminated, only softened. I suspect avatars go beserk when there are more than 2 in the same place is dependent on human emotions from each phase interacting with one another. If two avatar users were to connect emotionally than the 3rd user's avatar would go beserk. That is just a theory to the reason why only 2 avatars can be summoned at a time.

We just have to wait and see about Ovan in real life. I wonder if his name is real life is Ovan? you guys see that sign in the one screen shot? if anything i'm thinking CC Corp found Ovan in real life and is blaming him for the this 3rd network crisis. Somehow Ovan has amassed a large base of supporters. The only thing i can think of is this uprising has something to do with Shino in real life. Shino acted on Ovan's behalf when she told CC Corp about Tan's activities(because she knew they had Ovan). I would suspect that Shino awakens from her coma sometime during volume 3(Tabby would also join with you at this time). Shino in real life might have something to do with the uprising that is supporting Ovan in real life.

edit: Shino Nanao is the name of a 17 year old high school student. Since Shino's name in real life is her name I would also come to believe that Ovan's name in real life would be Ovan. This should also be evident with the signs supporting Ovan and the uprising against CC Corp. Haseo would save Shino only now, he must save 'The World'.

Ya you're under Doll Syndrome, however, you had the CHOICE of letting the AIDA influence you. Remember, heart power, gay name but a lot of the ideas are based around this factor.
