Dream Survey
Sup guys, im doing a survey on what people dream or go about doing it.
Just got a few questions for those that want to participate.
1. Are your dreams usually abstract or realistic? Perhaps a bit of both?
2. Are your dreams influenced by daily matters (Such as doing a bad deed or eating/drinking something before you sleep)
3. Have you ever recieved Deja Vu? If so what was your experience with it.
4. Do your dreams carry a message?
5. Do you have no clue what you dreamnt (because its forgotten the second you wake up. Then later you remember bits and pieces of it).

I'm no good at explaining things... just so you know. Yeah... this probably won't help you at all.
1. Both. Sometimes my dreams deal with real life events... like during the end of summer break I had a lot of dreams of returning to school... I don't really like school.(Maybe that's why I remember them) Sometimes my dreams are just... wierd. When I start to remember what I dreamt I say something like, "What the hell?..." Those type of dreams I forget easily.
2....umm.... I don't think so.
3.Sometimes when I start to recall my dream or while I'm dreaming... I start to think that I had the same dream before. But I don't remember.
4. Not really.
5. After I wake up... when I take a shower is when I start to remember my dreams. Sometimes if I had a really bad or good dream(usually nightmares)... I wont forget it. Sometimes I'll remember some of it... then completely forget it through out the day. I think most of the time I don't remember my dreams at all.

I decapitate you now.
1. Id say mine were both. Alot of times it's things I don't understand.
2. No, my dreams are somewhat not related to anything I've done.
3. Alot of times I've had a dream, and I don't quite understand it. But later on in my life, I experience something that happened in my past dreams.
4. I'm sure my dreams do carry a message, but I have not gotten a hold of it yet.
5. The second I wake up, the dream scatters into bits and pieces.

2. yes. Playing.
3.heck no.
4. yes they do. "STOP PLAYING ME YOU RETARDED GAMING DUMBASS YOU CANT EVEN DO ALBERT'S COMBOS" thats what LOTD wants to say to me
5.um no.
1. Depends entirely upon the dream, but suffice to say they convincingly real to me.
2. Most dreams are influenced by matters of your life, dreaming is your mind's way of confronting or sorting matters that you would otherwise reject consciously.
3. All the time and very vividly. My deja vu can range from something that happens the next morning to something that happens years later, though that is much more infrequent, and I've used deja vu to predict the future on a number of occasions.
4. All dreams carry messages, though whether or not you can interpret them is a different matter. I'm very well-practiced at reading my own dreams and, as such, understand a lot of the messages they give me.
5. I remember my dreams as vividly as if they were real life from the moment I wake up.

2) Sometimes they are.
3) Yes. Many times. Such as when I was talking to a friend at school and I just completely stopped the conversation because it seemed so familiar. I mean, the exact spot we were standing, the cars parked close to us, the people walking around us, the words he said, everything.
4) If they carry messages for me, I wouldn't know, but there are some instances where I based my actions on a dream I had recently and everything turned out strangely positive.
5) Most of the time, I wake up remembering nothing, sometimes, I remember the dream when I wake up, but when I try to reach back to remember it, I'm blank, but occassionally I remember what I dream.

1. Usually abstract with some realism thrown in. Most of the time the only thing that even ties into the real world are some of the people I see in my dreams, the rest is just way out there, like something out of a video game/anime/manga.
2. If I'm completely stressed out before I go to bed or if I just feel horrible I usually will have a nightmare, but that's about it.
3. I usually have deja vu atleast once a week, and it'll be small things like I'll say something to someone and for the next 3 minutes I'll jsut know everything that's going to happen. It's kinda weird.
4. Nope, never lol
5. Ya, I usually remember what I was dreaming about like an hour or so after I wake up, and I remember more as the day goes on if I'm still focusing on the dream.

i barely ever remember them, so:
1. they're realistic, as in in a realistic world in a sense, but most of the stuff that happens in them aren't realistic
2. i've not noticed anything like that
3. quite a lot over time, i love it ^^
4. once again, i haven't noticed anything
5. pretty much. if i'm just waking up/half asleep i can remember them well, or i remember being able to remember them well, whenever i do even remember those dreams. but later on in the day, i can only recall very small parts and then after that, i only have the memory of what i think i had dreams about

1. Are your dreams usually abstract or realistic? Perhaps a bit of both?
Mostly realistic.. the most abstract thing would prolly be.. *thinks* ... breathing underwater ;O
2. Are your dreams influenced by daily matters (Such as doing a bad deed or eating/drinking something before you sleep)
Nope 99.999% (etc) of my dreams are not.. the most recent thing that could be called 'influenced' was.. my friend told me she straightened her hair and she was in my dream with straight hair o_O
3. Have you ever recieved Deja Vu? If so what was your experience with it.
I saw my friend and it looked pretty close to what i saw in my dream XD
Most of my deja vu isn't really a dream thing, just feels like its happened before or something very similiar like being in a place, having a conversation, or something..
4. Do your dreams carry a message?
Maybe? maybe not.. I don't think of them that deeply XD
5. Do you have no clue what you dreamnt (because its forgotten the second you wake up. Then later you remember bits and pieces of it).
Sometimes I remember and think about it as I get ready for school. Other times, I don't but i remember bits and peices throughout the day.its and pieces of it.

1. Bit of both. One minute I'm at school, the next I'm sitting over a field of crabs singing the macarina.
2. Yes. Don't eat before bed, kiddies.
3. All the time. My dad used to experience it when he was my age too.
4. "Stop eating before bed you cow."
5. Most of the time, yes.

Re: Dream Survey
1. Usually it's a mix of both. Like the situation in the dream may start out pretty normal, but then some weird element will be thrown in later, and then it's completely abstract at the end.
2. If I'm thinking about a certain thing before bed, like a TV show, that may come up in my dreams. Just the other night, Stacy and... that other guy from What Not To Wear were in my dream (my mom just loves that show XP).
3. All the time! In fact, I'd say 50% of my dreams are all "deja vu". Most of the time, I'll forget about the dream, but then when the actual event happens, I remember about having dreamt it. Very weird.
4. No, not really. Just weirdness. XP
5. Most of the time, I'll remember bits of it the day after it happens, then completely forget about it. But if it's a particularly weird dream, I'll remember it.

1. A cross of realism and abstract. They're usually warped views of the real world. Like it'll be a memory of something I did, but they'll be something off about it, like someone having 3 arms or they have flames for hair. It's usually subtle, but strange.
2. Yeah, maybe. I dunno.
3. I've had too many Deja Vu's to count. My whole families pretty psychic. We can't read minds or anything, but some of us can predict certain things before they happen (like the phone ringing, or power outages).
4. Rarely.
5. I usually don't remember my dreams. Sometimes I do, but it's very rare.

I will be very direct
1. Everytime I dream I fell like I am on a surreal picture but the strange thing is that I feel what is happening in my dream, like in one of my dreams that I was shot three times in the head and I felt the pain of it(don´t ask me how it fell because I(and you) will have nightmares for the rest of the week).
2.Not at all.
3.A lot of them, most of them are things I see in TV....
4.If it does I cannot read it
5.It´s strange, but I always remember what I have dreamnt, but I think that if I wake up too quickly I don´t remenber them very well, but if it was nightmare I remember day and night of it´s terror...

1. A lot of the time it's both or an abstract. None of the dream I have are what you say are realistic.
2. Most of my dreams are influenced by how much stress or depression I have. The rest can be completely random.
3. A lot of the time I get Deja Vu, only when I can only remember fragments of my dreams they each make me go through Deja Vu.
4. Only the ones that aren't completely random. Like most of my dreams that carry a message are emotionally powerful.
5. Nearly every dream I've had I forgotten them, but there are a few that I can remember that have a huge impact on me. These dreams are detailed and can usually make me feel certain a way when I wake up.

1. They're kinda a mix. It's mainly abstract, but often in a realistic setting or with a realistic tone here and there.
2. I'm pretty sure they aren't.
3. I get those all the time. Multiple times every month, often not through or thanks to dreams however.
4. I'm not sure sure if it does really. It's way too much randomness for something to be made out of it ;D
5. I have it fully in my head when i wake up (that is, the three or so dreams i've really remembered) and don't forget bits and pieces, but rather the image of the dream blurs a little. I can't imagine how it looked completely, but remember what happened pretty exactly.

Has anyone really been far even as decided to use even go want to do look more like?
Hmm
1. My dreams usually make sense or follow a "story-line"
2. I've had a reoccuring dream for over a year which is just me and this random Bajoran girl walking down a hallways talking about sci-fi novels. They're usually very normal.
3. I have Deja Vu almost everyday...if not more then once a day
4. Hmm, sometimes I guess
5. I allmost allways remember my dreams

1) It's always taking it's turns.
2) Well. It depends on what kind of dream I have. But yes, it always has a common place with my life.
3) Yes. I had one yesterday when I was driving back from dropping off my sister. I was at a four way intersection and it was my turn to go, but I didn't because something held me back of remembering something about this. About two seconds later, a red truck just zoomed across the intersection without stopping. I was soo lucky and scared out of my mind.
4) More like warnings than messages.
5) I remember it when it's needed to be remembered or that I am so bored out of my mind that I start to think beyond.

1. Are your dreams usually abstract or realistic? Perhaps a bit of both?
2. Are your dreams influenced by daily matters (Such as doing a bad deed or eating/drinking something before you sleep)
3. Have you ever recieved Deja Vu? If so what was your experience with it.

2) Maybe not influenced in that way with chemicals or whatever, but they are influenced by what actions I take or are taken in the day.
3) I think everyone has, but it's usually minor stuff like being in a friend's room or eating a certain food. Though with one explanation of deja vu, it's just a memory glitch so nothing supernatural or anything.
4) I've thought about that and have to be skeptic about it. They may, they might not, but they can be interpreted in so many ways that there's no real way of knowing.
5) Sometimes I do. Other times I have this thing where as soon as I wake up, or right before, I consciously tell myself that the dream was important and that I need to remember it for whatever personal reasons and so before I open my eyes to "wake up" I go over everything in the dream to make sure I got it, then let myself wake and I'll remember it for a while, usually until after I write it down somewhere. Other times I forget the entire dream until bits and pieces come back, or if I try really hard and get lucky I can relate something in real life to the dream and recall parts of it that way. Then there are times when I don't dream at all, heh.
