Look. I agree with the first part. I already said that fillers don't count because they're not from the original story and the author didn't create any of them.
"Naruto is so damn shallow" - look, maybe we can learn everyrthing on Naruto in something like ten minutes, but the author made his past somewhat interesting and when his story is told you can feel something sad. What is wrong with investing in the other characters? It just make the series less shallow and you can shed a tear from time to time. And a main character doesn't need to have some thrilling past, more important is its present and future. In BLEACH the other characters are not special or unique. The fact that Ishida's grandfather (correct me if I'm wrong) died doesn't make him invested or something, especially with the fact that right after there is a fight. Seems like all of the plot (or most of it) in BLEACH is something like an excuse for more and more fights. And that, mister, is called shallow :>

No, the fillers DO count because they're part of the NEW story and are part of the show that I am watching when I see Naruto. There's nothing wrong with fillers. But those fillers suck some power cock.

Take Ah! My Goddess! for example. Those are good fillers. The entire series is comprised mainly of fillers. But those are very interesting and character developing fillers.

Naruto nor Bleach have good fillers. They both kinda...suck. And I don't shed tears for ridiculously retarded, totally cliched idiot finjas who wear orange and can't obviously see that cute, cliched, but still cute finjas totally like them.

No, they don't have to have an interesting past to be a cool character. But Naruto acts like he was molested as a child, and beat when he was 3, and peed on everyday of his life. All while wearing a diaper over his head.

Pretty much every character is like that. They can still be a good character from their personality, or actions. Hell, even if they're tough they can be cool. But Naruto is a complete retard. Hence the word narutard. :3

The thing is that even the manga is neverending without the fillers, watching the anime is tedious. and even reading the manga can be tedious. The thing is to compare the two series, not to praise them.
Now, Wander. I didn't say that they need an interesting past to be cooler, I'm just saying that grandfather died, brother died, mother died, and they all died so that the readers can watch a fight is super shallow. While in Naruto, when the past is interesting a character can be unique, and most characters have a unique story, and not a grandfather died buhuu story. Not only a story of the past. Like the part when Haku dies, that was a pretty strong part, and not just some "hiya!".

How bout this? Both animes suck. Watching either of them is a waste of time. What's not a waste of time is reading their respective Manga's. They're both good for different reasons.

Well if we compare both it would be almost be the war between 2 worlds in my country but definetaly Bleach is better than Naruto to my eyes.
Let me state why(chronologicaly without the fillers)

First impression:
Naruto: Okay he´s a ninja with a nine-tailed fox inside himself, now what
?
Bleach: OMGWTHWTTJH(created recently by me for nostalgic reasons) now he is a god damn Shinigami ready kick anyone ass and NO ONE know of this and still got a girl for himself.

First Real Battle:
Naruto: He almost killed Haku with that bloodysh chakra but Kakashi took all the fun and even being a man without any feelings I cried hard when Haku(that is a MAN!?!?) and Zabuza died on that bridge never to return from the dead and Sasuke(the main char until now) almost died and Sakuradid nothing(again) , this group is too lazy for any type of ninja .
Bleach: Ichigo got something inside him that can whoop even a Menos but still lost miserably to Renji and Byakuya and how the hell is the soul society.

Let´s skip some parts because since I don´t have much time
*Major Spoilers*

 Climax or what happened before the filllers
Naruto: OMG, this must be the most scenary destructive battle in the whole world( but still can´t be compared to the worlds that no more exist because of the Sayans) and how it is possible to Naruto to lose to Sasuke just because he turned grey with frog wings(or frog hands instead of wings) with the level three sharingan even having kyubi on his command
Bleach: "Cogratulations for gaining the best fight in the world award for your fight with Byakuya after defeating almost the whole Soul Society and showing to public that even someone that fights for justice have in the deep core of their minds a beast that laugh over their opponents while rush to fight with all he got" Rick, Dothackers forum


My coclusion:
Naruto is a good anime in terms of relationship, fight and all that a shounen must have, but even so, Bleach do better.

Fillers are part of the story too. They are part of the show. It doesn't matter what you hope or wish, that's how it is. Technically, and in literal terms, there's no such thing as a filler. It's just another part of the show. Whether you like that part more of less than some other part is up to you.

But it is part of the series'. Both of these shows have absolutely horrible fillers that just drag on and on and on.



They're not even good fillers, either. I've seen Ah! My Goddess! and that was made almost entirely of fillers. But those were awesome fillers. These ones are repetetive and ridiculous. But fillers ARE part of the show, and if they suck, the show DOES lose points for that.

ummm...im not gonna get over it for one reason....an adaption of a manga to an anime,if the anime derails from the orginal story line due to catching up to the manga,filler are made to hold the place of the show.if it were to take almost a year(aas with naruto....) to have a sufficent amont of story to make a season.....then the show will most likely get canceled...as with inuyasha....(aint that a ****)so fillers(as they are called by the stations)are used to hold the place of a show to allow fans to know that they show is coming back....fillers have no point cept that one...there is no advance in the story...fillers...
