or cant beback cuz she left on her own..dissappeared...she got feed up with the system and doesnt even want to come back.Aina is her replacement,her sister maybe...or the reason of shino and ovan cybering....

Forgive me if I'm completely wrong -I still dont know much about 3 yet, but I've played one and two and am pretty much caught up for those two... but I have a short attention span so :3...

Remember the R.A Plan? Something about Returning Aura (Or creating "another god") It's possible, even after Amagi failed the first time, that after all the avatars have awakened and become epitaph users that the R.A plan has indeed come into progress and created another "Aura". People say that Eina (Aina?) is the new Ultimate AI - and while that is possible, wasn't there a certain part in the Vol.3 preview that showed and outline of Aura? While I don't doubt that Eina could be the possible new AI after seeing her in the odd Harold-like rooms full of white, I still believe that Aura would return as the ultimate AI.

Who knows. Maybe she is, maybe she isn't.
I don't really know about that but it is a possibility.

Yes, Aura's outline is shown in the first prewiew of Vol.3 but I think it has something to do with Ovan's knowledge of her or his memories. Her outline is simply shown at the same time as he speaks as an effect.

I myself have no idea if she will be back or not.
It could also be that she never left, no one just can't see her at her current state, whatever that may be.
Or then she simply left or something of the sort.

Besides...what is the problem of two ultimate AI's appearing at one's?
