If you call that an end to the argument, then you really need to read it through again.
If anything, you're stirring up more argument with your anti-religion speech. (and yes, saying it's bad is the same as being against it, no matter how much "essential to people" it is)

Basically, i don't agree. The second paragraph especially. You're basically following the same line as the others in here: Everyone ****s stuff up all the time.

Back to the originally topic, I have this much to say. Morals only serve to hold you back. JK. In all seriousness, I've found that humans have always been stupid or jerks, it's just that as technology grows they will have more ways to be stupid or jerks. That is life.
I like you're pic, it says a lot and mostly, it's a reality.

"In the struggle of life, between man and the world, bet on the world."

Best quote ever.

And the reason for this belief. Katrina owned all of our asses. That's right, Katrina owned us all!! WHat!!?? WHat!!?? That's right you ****!! You can't say **** to Katrina, 'cause she'll peel the skin off all yo asses!!

Well, there is Christianity, which did a dandy job excusing the removal and slaughter of thousands of Native Americans, as "Manifest Destiny", and there is Islam, which has done a dandy job slaughtering millions of people and ruining thousands more lives through the excuse that it was will of Alah. And then there is Shinto, which propped the Japanese Emperor as a god, and used that excuse to further WWII. And then there is Hindu, which pretty much okays martyrdom through burning yourselves to death. And then there are the Jews, which did a great job killing off the Canaanites in Biblical times, among other people's they managed to finish off in God's name. And then I can keep going, but I won't.

I'm not saying religion is completely bad, but it does a great job in doing a fair share of damage. So it makes it an "essential evil" in the world. But I guess religion isn't completely at fault. It's how religion is used that is what makes it so dangerous. I'd be wary of anyone preeching at the pulpit.

As for the EMO argument, maybe that is copping me out to be just like an EMO, but my argument is that why follow a line of logic of whine-ish complaint, when you can just simply accept the philosphy of "Well, if **** happens, it just well happens." It's always that much simpler.

But you're right, to simply say that people are all at fault is simply copping out to what everyone else is saying in this thread. Let's just say then that it's the "lack of good judgement by those who probably shouldn't be making major decisions that is making life so friggin' interesting."

Is that better??
