defeat a databug without data draining, and please if it has been asked before post the link right away, though i didn't find one.

nvm it stops decreasing hp halfway through...

i don't think that it is possible to defeat a data bug without DDing. although there is one exception in quarantine where you are made to kill a data bug without DDing but even then that data bug isnt real, lios makes it, to test you

that was in mutation i think, and no you can't even if your strong enough to survive, when the monsters hp is halfway through it stops getting lower.

are you sure it was in mutation cause you didnt exactly have much interaction with lios in mutation and i remember it being in the omega server.

it was in netslum, which looks like lia fail, but isn't, it was when lios and helba spoke and then he left sending kite an e-mail saying where to go defeat the data bug, plus i have the guide and it doesn't mention it anywhere.

ahhh that'd probably be it then. i havent played the games in bout a year so it was just from slight memory. only just started playing again from thye start

Actually, it was OUTBREAK. It was the condition for Lios to work with Helba. After you defeat the Data Bug, he (grudgingly) agrees to follow through.

yeah not like it matters, it happened far too long ago, well technically it hasn't happened since the events happened 2010.

And the Data Bug you fight by Lios's request was a fake Data Bug Lios created himself.

ACTUALLY IT HAPPENED IN QUARANTINE AS: at the end of quarantine you have to destroy you bracelet to defeat the final boss and once you defeat him you have to kill one more data bug without data drain.

Chi-ga-u. :/ The bug everyone is talking about was the one, created by Lios (apparently) in OUTBREAK. I'm really very sure about this, because I played it very recently. It's the requirement Lios set up before he would join Helba.

Edit: Okay, I remember now. The exact deal was Kite and BlackRose were to go through an entire dungeon without using Data Drain, which ended up being a (fake) Data Bug dungeon. After they defeated the Data Bug and conquered the dungeon, Lios appeared and agreed to work with Helba. This led to the operation that allowed them to battle Phases without royally screwing up The World.

Stop lying, no you dont. The last battle happens rigth away and you dont get teh chance to do that.

I think he's confusing Cubia with Corbinek, whatever the case calling Corbinek a "Data Bug" is na insult ot Morganna and the rest of the Phases.
