show.hack on Cartoon network
My opinion is they should put .hack on every day whats your opinion.
Well, while that would be great, the possibilty of that happening is pretty much nil. Besides showing even a great show like .hack//sign would get old after awhile (I am sticking by this and anyone who disagrees and attempts to attack me for it shall find themselves in a world of hurt
. I would be happy if they showed it once a week in the time slot that they are currently showing .hack//LOTB. I do hope that they show it again, that way I won't be forced to go out and buy it, instead I could tape it and then copy that into a DVD format and watch it on my comp. ^_^;;; or I could just watch it, I'll probably end up buying the box set if I find it. Eh, I am going to end it here before I keep on rambling and go too far off-topic.

I agree with Beowulf. The worst thing you can do to a really good show is to watch it too many times. As the saying goes, familiarity breeds contempt.
For the perfect example of this, take Channel Nine's treatment of Farscape here in Australia. When season two was on (I think in 2001, but not sure of this), Channel Nine decided to show two episodes a day, five days a week. Besides the fact that I missed most of the episodes because they were on so often, it just completely ruins the suspense of a "To Be Continued..." ending if you know you're going to see the next epiosde in only a couple of hours.
If you want another example, try this handy little experiment. Find your favourite song in your CD collection, and stick it in the CD player. Program the player so that only that song gets played. Turn "repeat" on, push "Play", and then see how much you like the song in a couple of hours' time.
But enough from me...

If you have such a desire to watch it more, purchase the DVDs and watch the episodes over and over.
There's more to the world than just .hack. Showing it all the time would kill the value of it as a whole. No matter how bad the "suspense" is for the next episode. God forbid, you have to wait.
People are so damn impatient these days, it's ridiculous.

You shouldn't speak for everyone.
Airing it back to back o na daily basis would take away from the value of the series. Especially considering there aren't that many episodes to begin with. Others series are different, because they usually contain more episodes, but //SIGN isn't really that long, so.
You'll just have to deal. End of story.

now that i think about it, its been a while since ive seen .hack/sign.
it really is a good series, so i wouldnt mind seeing it again. What i would like is for CN to show it on a weekly basis.
in agreement to what was said, i think seeing it on a daily basis is a bit much. I mean overtime seeing a series as short as .hack//sign kinda makes you lose interest if seen too often. For example, Cowboy bebop is a good series, but being able to see it pretty much everyday does in fact make you lose interest. Another example would be family guy, ive seen all the episodes so many times, its rare for me to actually want to watch it when its on TV. To add to that, i have both DVDs so if i ever feel like watching it again, all i need to do is fire up the old DVD player, which usually means the PS2 for me
(sorry my DVD player messes up sometimes).
i think Sanjuro said it best when he said not to do things in excess.
But if anything else, it is a good idea to just buy the DVDs because you could watch it whenever.

I think theres 28 episodes. But either way, I'm just going to buy it real soon. Even if i didn't i wouldnt want it to be on everyday. I love rurouni kenshin but guess what? They aired it every day. It got old for a while.
(but then a few months ago i got back into it and i bought the entire series cause you just gotta love RK. ^.^ but still.
