I just collected it
Just remember Kite can defeat Haseo and Co. with one skill, Drain Heart! Also, he loves cheese! So remember that next time you compare the two series!

I wouldn't call the key axe exactly a ulitimate weapon since the skill it has usable totally suck.

Besides that trade will be restocked in both Outbreak and Quarantine and he will still ask for the Ice Bar. 1 Copy of the Ice Bar only.

So its really best to trade it in quarantine since it gets annoying to still have the weapon on the PC's trade list in quarantine if you already got the weapon in Mutation.
