Anyone who has beat Quarantine, would know that Helba has a rare weapon named "8 Wise Men" I always thought this was an obscure reference to the phases... it turns out I was completely wrong, I forgot a majority of my Chinese Knowledge, which caused me to forget this. Back in 180-200A.D There were eight famous people who originated in a section called Jiang Nan, or something like that, they became known as the "Eight Wise Men of Jiang Nan" this seems to be the origin of her staff's name.

yes i am pretty sure the only weapon with a reference to the phases is mia's weapon... 6 side blade... a reference to the 6th phase.. correct me if i am wrong... and if i am amazing coincidence is it not...?

Actually, Mia's starting weapon referring to the 8 Phases is all dub invented. The original Japanese name of her starting weapon is the "Black Cat Gang Sword". (Same one in the description for the "Meooow" spell)

Which in turn is a reference to the CC2 game "Tail Concerto". So it's a reference in both cases.
