Story: it is an era of Rapid Technological advancement This story will Revolve around two characters a young man Named Adol Christin and a young girl Named Estelle Bright...these two souls are Siblings Seperated due to War... Twins in Fact...though they are Different then your average Children..Adol Posseses In human fighting abilitties that Rival a Captain of an elite Knight squadron with a great flow of mana through his body and Estelle posses enough mana and magical abilitties to Rival that of a grand master mage..so Naturally People would want to somehow get ahold of these two and use their power though the two lived in peace unfortunately it is a time of strive and Hardships and Despair the two opposing kingdoms of Bargonia and Celestia are at war with each other This War Has caused the Continent of Gaia the Split into The two Seperate factions of Bargonia Fighting for Reals Law and Celestia Fighting for Imaginal's Law...The village of Lance was Adol and Estelle's home town and was the first to get caught up in the war and as a Result the Village of Wiped out The Twins were taken away to the two different sides hoping to split them up and increase their chances of getting captured by Duke fon Fabre... a evil man who's Desire to rule far outweighs his pitiful Exscuse for humanity the times of War are getting worse and worse Duke fon Fabre claims to be a man of peace trying to work on a peace treaty between the opposing Sides what he really Wishes is to Find the Children and Capture them He wants them to use their power Claiming some nonsense like " The Children of Imaginal and Real the day the come together is the day the path to our new world opens before us let us Seize this Chance and Claim what is ours! my friends it is not time of War What is Imaginal and Real?!...False Gods that We believe in what is this Nonsense between Imaginal and Reals Law it is now time to Claim what is ours we shall gain what We finally Deserve!!" and Now So begins the legends of Gaia

Adol: { he walks out onto the ships Deck as he looks at the pendant around his neck}...*sigh* { he looks out onto the horizon}....were heading into battle again....when will this war end

Dogi: Yo Adol...where we heading anyway

Adol: THe holy land of Sinclair....

Dogi: Oh? were heading to sinclair...I havent been there in ages

Adol: yeah supposedlly the Temple of Imaginal is a target of BArgonias forces

Dogi: I get it lets bash some heads all we gots to do is protect the castle heh thats no problem

Adol: yeah you say that now just don't come crying for me to save your ass.... { a roar can be heard off in the distance}

Soldier: This is bad it's DRAGONS!...Dragons are after the ship

Captain: Ready the Mana Cannons load MAna force rounds Oi you two mercenaries don't just stand there prove your worth would you?

Adol: {he picks up his shield and he unsheaths his sword as he gets ready}....LEts go Dogi

Dogi: {he cracks his knuckles} you got it Adol

Adol: { he runs at a dragon that lands on the ship as he leaps into the Air at the dragon and he crashes the dragon with his sheild as he comes down o the dragon with his sword and Adol looks over his shoulder he sees a dragon coming in from the sky}

Dogi: not so FAST! you have to deal with DOGI THE STRONG ARM! {he rips off a piece of the ship as he throws it at the dragon}

Standing near the captain was a young woman with a short dress with what looked to be a small coat around her waist. Attached beneath it was a sword, being touched a little by her long hair against the sheath. Standing beside her as she remained stationary was a man that stood a bit taller than her. He had white hair and blue eyes, wearing what looked to be a worn down suit. "Febronia." The man spoke, making the emotionless woman turn towards him with a slightly confused expression. "I'll send out the other dolls, go and get them." She nodded and moved towards where a few others were, leading them to the man that spoke to her. "Attack the dragons."

"Yes." One of the men answered. "Master Cherenkov." They walked out, leaving the woman with long hair tied in a ponytail beside him. He held her hand and smiled a little. As they watched on the men with what looked to be swords began to help out Dogi and Adon. Their skills were rather crude, but they would do for petty dragons.

Adol: { he glances at the dolls that come and help him} *Cherenkov.....* ARRGH! { he jumps into the air as mana gathers in his blade} MAna Blade! { he comes down hard on the dragon slaying it}...One down!

Soldier: MAn the balissta CLEAR A PATH!

Adol: { a dragon grabs him and flys off the ship} Damn!

Dogi: ADOL!!!! { he he punches a dragon off the ship as he goes for the dragon that grabbed Adol} Dammit!..{ he slides across the ship}

Adol: { he stabs the dragons foot as he throws him self onto the dragons back} Tch! HAAAAAAAAAHHH!!!! { his blade grows red and he stabs the blade into the dragons back causing heavy damage} Damn Fel dragons....{ the dragon starts to fall} ah ahhh!!! { he grabs his blade as he starts running across the back of the dragon and he leaps}

Dogi: HERE! { he grabs Adol's hand and throws him onto the ship} damn Adol careful theirs two more Fel dragons left

Adol: Dogi go help Cherenkov's forces I'll finish up here { he runs at a fel dragon}

Dogi: No problem! { he helps out the dolls}

Adol: { he backs up any soldiers having trouble}... Hang on were almost through!

Captain: FIRE! { the air ship fires a few mana rounds causing most of the fel dragons to flee} Crew full speed ahead hey MErcenaries Cherenkov I'll let yo clean up on Deck there!

Joshua: { standing on the porch playing a Harmonica its a happy yet wistful melody}........eh...is estelle really still asleep....Were gonna be late...*sigh* she was the one who wanted to finally take the bracers examination and convince father to let us Travel

Cherenkov nodded lightly, followed by Febronia as his other dolls returned to the ship. He made sure to check on any wounds they might have sustained, though they weren't really that easy to wound. Even then, he could easily heal mortal wounds without much of an effort with his ability. Of course that meant he held little combat capability himself. "Looks like you all deserve a rest." He spoke, one hand still holding Febronia's.

"....How did we get into this mess...? Lumina asked emotionlessly as her and her twin watched the Celestia airship fly closer. Though tasked with the tracking and eventually capture of the girl, Estelle Bright, they also had to prevent anyone important from catching on. And so, they'd been ordered to play the part of Bargonian Sorceress. And now, they found themselves part of an operation to take and hold some temple that, as far as they were truly concerned, they could not have cared less about. But here they were, watching the Dragons flee and regroup for another round of attacks on the flying airship.

"We have no choice, sister..." Namine replied just as emotionlessly, both looking at the airship with emotionless, dead eyes. If one thought about it, they weren't much different from the dolls that chased off the dragons on the ship. "But... we may need to leave soon... It is almost time..."



A great distance away, far from the battle unfolding, Estelle Bright scrambled to get ready. "Agh!! I can't believe I overslept on such an important day!" she said to none in particular as she finished her hair and her bag. She paused only once in front of a mirror to make sure she was presentable and to double check that she wasn't forgetting anything before she headed out to find Joshua. Today was the day. The Bracers Examination that would finally convince their father to let the siblings travel. She'd waited quite some time for this and was so excited that she'd found it hard to sleep. Probably the reason for her tardy morning. The sound of a Harmonica drew her straight to her brother, Joshua. Though adopted, she had no problem concidering any of them to be her true family. One more reason she need to find her lost brother, so that he too could be part of this and her family would finally be complete. "Joshua!" she said as she opened the door, squinting against the morning sunlight. "Sorry, ready to go?"

Joshua: yeah of course I am...one of us has to be...do u have everything u due have the test referrel...you studied up right?...from what I read their gonna a send us on a make Shift Job run so we can see what Life as a bracer is gonna be lke...if you want you can stay behind you know { he places his twin swords on his side in their sheaths as he looks over his shoulder..come on Estelle Adventure is just waiting for us...the guild should be in the center of the city.....lets get going....

Coming close to Adol's side was Febronia, who seemed to be staring blankly at the sky. Her hands touched the railing as the wind blew her hair around. She seemed to be calculating something in her head to tell Cherenkov. It wasn't abnormal for her to look human once in awhile, since she had been human once. Still her exhibits of behavior were in no way showing her memories coming back. They had all been obliterated for the sake of making her the perfect battle doll. She tapped a finger against the railing as she focused.

Adol: { he looks at febronia}....* is she really just some doll??*

Dogi: Yo Miss Febronia did u just wake up because you are looking very refreshed

Adol: { he looks over to dogi} Knock it off idiot

Dogi: Hey can't blame a guy { he walks off} yo Adol We got a good half hour before he arrive I'm taking A nap...

Adol: { he sheaths his sword}....sure { he looks off and watches the land scapes go by} So Febronia?......I don't expect much of an answer but...ever get tired of this life?

Estelle nodded as she looked up at the huge guild building. This was it. The final step that would allow her to leave and find her missing brother. She'd prepared for quite sometime now for this and she was confident she had what it takes to do this. And with her brother, Joshua, here, she was sure they'd do it. "Yeah, Let's go, Joshua. With both of us working together, I know we can't fail."

"The Dragons didn't work, sis," Lumina said as they watched stoically, the Bargonian force scrambling to begin the next plans.

"The Celestian fighters must be strong to repulse Dragons," Namine agreed as a scout ran up to them. "Yes?"

"You two are the 'Twilit Sorceresses' traveling with us right?" the scout asked. When they nodded, he continued. "The Commander wishes to see the two of you in him tent, Now," the scout finished.

The two looked at each other before continuing to watch the airship's slow approach. When the scout started to say something, Lumina cut him off. "We refuse. The Commander can come to us if he wishes to request our aid. Now go." Though it was as emotionless as usual, something in it seemed to demand obedience in the scout as he simply saluted and took off.

Febronia was quiet for what seemed like forever. She turned to look at Adol after she finished communicating something to Cherenkov. "My only purpose is to serve Master Virgil Cherenkov. I can only tire of being of no use to him if he is in battle." She answered, her expression blank again. "I don't know of any other purpose that a battle doll such as I would serve without him. The others feel the same way." Her eyes softened for a moment, as if she were feeling a little concerned. She raised a hand, putting it on one of his hands with a smile. Without Cherenkov around she showed more human emotions.

"You shouldn't worry so much." Her voice was gentle as she spoke. "You have a goal and you need to achieve it after all."

"Febronia?" Cherenkov's voice called out towards her, close. Her face returned to being blank, removing her hand from his hand.

"Yes Master Cherenkov?" She turned, beginning to walk towards the white haired man. The two began to talk through the battle doll link, walking towards the location of the rest of his forces.

Adol: { he looks out onto the camp as they make their descent}.....*that woman Febronia....*....something isnt right...whatever she's right I have to worry about my mission..... { he walks to the barracks} OI DOGI!

Dogi: Ah yeah Adol!...whats happening are we under attack?! { he falls out of his bed}

Adol: Were here....

Dogi: { he looks at the battlefield}.....This is a holy land

Captain: countless battles have been fought here.... the Commander ...he's located in the tent over there... I'm sure he'll fill you in...also by request the doll master and his toys are to accompany you

Adol: { he looks behind him and sees Cherenkov}...allright fine... do as you please...lets go Dogi

Dogi: Gotcha

Adol: * this is the frontlines*... { he looks around at the wounded soldiers}...

Dogi: hard to look at ya know...I havent fought on a front before....is this place really so special?

Adol:...who knows { they walk towards the commanders tent as they walk in} Commander...My name is Adol Christin and this...

Geis:..Adol Christin?...... { he turns around revealing a all to familiar face to Adol} its been a long time Kiddo...your still doing the mercenary thing?

Joshua: lets go { he opens up the door} ....wow... { he looks around as they head to the desk} h-hi..Joshua bright and Estelle Bright Signing in for bracer examination...

Clerk:....Really?....but you... how old are you even!?

Joshua: 16 and my sister over there is 17

Clerk: ...you two your just kids...

Scherza: you came...3 minutes late but you won't be penalized for it...when you feel your ready come see me on the second floor in the meeting room you I'll explain the exam details to you then { she walks off to the meeting room}...

Joshua: { after a few moments they walk to the meeting room and they sit down}...

Scherza: allright now then...are you two ready theirs no turning back

Joshua: ....I know but I've been waiting to finally become a bracer since i was a kid theirs no stoping me

Scherza: what about you estelle?

"Good day." Virgil spoke with a smile. He was respectful to anyone but those from Borgonia now. Standing beside him was Febronia, who held her usual expression. The rest of his forces remained outside to keep from overflowing the tent. "Your forces have been well trained. I admire the spark of ambition you all have for your goal."

Estelle took a deep breath as she thought about what the clerk said. 'Just kids'. She was willing to admit it. Both she and her brother were still young. But now, she could show everyone just what the young could really do. She met Scherza's steadily and with confidence. "I won't let anything stop me now. I won't rest until I achieve my goals, Ma'am," she replied unflinchingly.

"It's landing, sister. The most effective plan will no longer work," Namine stated as they saw the airship suddenly land in the distance, the ship on the other side of the front line established their to repulse land invasion.

"Other tactics maybe possible for use against them," Lumina replied as the commander and SiC approached them. "Yes...?"

The commander's face reddened. "Don't 'yes' me! Why have you disregarded my summons?! Because of you two, that Airship landed before we could possibly shoot in down!" The Twilit sisters were unfazed by his anger as they stared him down with dead, emotionless gazes. It was the kind of look of someone that had no problem assassinating you in your sleep.

"If you are finished, we will now proceed to tell you off," Namine answered after a moment as the sisters turned their full attention on him. An uncomfortable thing. "You are in no means our superior, nor do you have the permission or balls to order us around. Meaning, there is nothing you can do to forcibly have us do anything." It was strange to be told off in a dead, emotionless voice.

"Next, the plan that you are referring to takes times and cannot be done quickly. Therefore, even if we add come at your wish, by the time we would have been ready to take down the airship, it would have landed already and resulted in nothing more then a waste of time and effort. We also have no problem killing you and taking command ourselves, so do not waste our time with idle crap. Know your place, do your job," Lumina continued after her twin.

The SiC stood awestruck as the Commander sputtered angrily, knowing they were right, before he stormed off, barking orders to get ready. The Twins simply turned back to the direction of the airship. "It's almost time. We should ready ourselves to leave," Namine then said. "We can not be seen by both sides yet."

Adol:...So commander...why were we called out here

Geis:...the situation here has gotten worse word from our intel in that by tonight Bargonian forces are going to invade...we can't afford to let them take Sinclair...

Dogi: Why is sinclair so important

Geis:....it is one of the great pillars that helps power our machinery and our cities you see that glowing light from the temple....thats mana without mana we have will lose alot of our power

Adol:...then why not make machines that arent powered by mana..Mana i the forces of life and nature...we shouldnt be using it for WAR!

Geis:....I know how you feel but i have no say on the matter my orders were just to protect sinclair.... { he looks at cherenkov} It is nice to meet you my lord... { he bows out of respect}...do u need me to fill you in on details?

Scherza: thats good I can see the fires in your eyes you I can see you two really are the children of Cassius bright...I have high hopes for the both of you...allright then your quest is simple really... you are to explore the Ruins just outside the city...in side the ruins you will find a chest....do not explore the entirety of the ruins....only traverse the first and 2nd floors to find that chest Retreive the contents of the chest and bring it back.... I have faith that you two can do this if you work together of course...

Joshua:...{ he rights all the info down in his bracers notebookas he shuts it and he puts it in his bag}...allright sis...Lets go get this done quick we'll show dad that were Cut out to be bracers if we pass he'll have no choice but to let us travel the world

Cherenkov spoke to Febronia through the link after he was spoken to. Febronia bowed her head and turned to exit the tent and talk with the other dolls. "It will be good to know the layout of the area. I'm aware there probably aren't many changes, but mana can be a tricky thing." He spoke, knowing that he would do better as a strategist than a front line fighter. Febronia would be here to protect him if there was any danger to his life.
