Re: "Angel's House"
As soon as the young kid entered the room and shut the door sokara stood up to sit on his bed "Hey, you can do it as long as you stick to your sanity" he grabbed his bag and started checking its inside "So... Uh what was your name again?" He turned his face to the boy "Well anyways you shouldn't let it get to you" He got out a pair of gloves from his bag "Woah didn't I had thrown away all this?" He suddenly snapped out of his memories and turned back to Kyousuke "Listen boy, maybe we will get to fight with who-knows-what" so all that we can do is wait and maybe train somewhere with enough space-- or if you don't mind messing your own room you can do it in here" he gave a slight smile "Oh yeah sorry about earlier, I got carried away... I just cannot stand watching someone complaining about their duty..." He went again to look into his stuff a bit more "So boy, whaddaya say we get accostumed to this place and maybe ask a bit more about it to Zorlo?"
Maybe, this kid will be the one that'll help me out more? Who would've thought about it? Hahah

Re: "Angel's House"
As various situations around the house were resolving themselves, an odd--for the newbies, at least--thing happened. In most of the rooms a Violet-haired doll with a long, crimson, maid-like dress appeared from nothing. The small bells on it belt chimed almost like wind chimes as it swayed back and forth rhythmically for a moment before unfolding a large note. On it displayed the words, "Lunch is finished. Proceed to the 1st floor kitchen at your convenience to eat." The entire time, the dolls continued to chime rhythmically in place. The only note that was different was the one belonging to the Doll in Briar Rose's room, which had the additional note, "Rose, shall I bring you a plate?" written at the bottom of it.

Re: "Angel's House"
"It's a simple rule to help out your friends." An older man in traditional clothing spoke as he seemed to be grinding some herbs. "That's why we help out Mariyama-san so much. He's a good doctor and wants to help people." Opening her eyes, Maemi's fist flew and punched into the maid dressed doll. For a moment she looked like she wanted to torture the thing. She moved her fist back as she watched the doll get up. "Get out of my apartment doll girl. Knocking would have been more than sufficient." She closed her eyes slowly, trying to get somewhat of a nap before having to do more explanation.
-----
Yuriko looked at the doll showing her the message. She slowly placed the doll that had settled on her beneath the covers of the bed, head propped on the pillow. She placed her hand to make sure the hair was properly placed. She moved to the door of the bedroom and looked around to see if her room mate was leaving.
----
Mary smiled towards the doll. She spoke to the doll with her smile. "Two, I have a new partner." As the doll left, she looked at Bill while preparing some tea. "We need to look as normal as possible, even if we don't have to."

Re: "Angel's House"
The Maid dressed doll hit the wall with hard thud and fell to the floor, the note it carried fluttering down to land on Maemi's desk. Slowly, the Doll pushed itself, a sap-leaking crack running from mid-face down its neck, before it looked up at the woman and faded out.
In her 'Monitor room', Araihan face palmed even as she opened her eyes to examine the 'injured' doll as it formed in her arms and collapsed. "Jeez... Look at you. A little harder and I think she'd have broken you," Araihan said to the Doll as it began to glow bright. It floated up for a moment before, with a gentle flash, it restored and smiled before vanishing to begin bringing Rose & Bill their lunch plates and bring up her own. In Zorlo's room, the doll waited for a bit before floating down in curiosity to poke him.

Zorlo's eyes opened as he looked at the doll and patted her on the head before looking at the note. "Hello, dear doll. It is time to eat, isn't it. Tell your mistress that I'll be along eventually... I'm not sure if I feel like eating today. I need to continue my praying," Zorlo stated as he closed his eyes and began praying and moving prayer beads again. Splashes of blood from his back and arms began to streak across the room as he prayed. Asceticism via mental pain actualized had worked thus far, it would work again.

Re: "Angel's House"
He quirked an eyebrow at the doll that appeared, That was in the antechamber earlier, wasn't it? "If you say so, you're the veteran so I'll follow your lead." The doll reappeared with the food, he hopped up and took them from the doll. "Uh, thank you?" He questioned the animate object and carried a plate to Mary. When he returned to his seat he stated, "I figured once I died, nothing would surprise me anymore, but that's going to take some getting used to." When he finally sat down and they seemed to be alone again, "Are these our real bodies? Or are we souls affecting the physical world? Or something else?"

Ack, he had concentrated so much in the fact of preparing that he totally forgot about food! "Well I guess we should look at--" he was interrupted by a doll that came with a note, saying that if we wanted to eat there was food served on the 1st floor kitchen, or that's what he read "ohh talk about timing--" He looked at Kyousuke "It says in here that if we want to eat we should go to the first floor kitchen" He quickly picked something from his bag and put it into his pocket "well, if you're so hungry then let's go" He opened the door and directed Kyousuke to follow him. And with that they walked to the kitchen.

"We're simply holding these bodies temporarily until we can pass on." She sat down in a chair and picked up her utensil. "We simply exist to pass on it seems, though we sort of enjoy it." She seemed to be waiting for the kettle to heat up. "Are you a bit suprised at being chosen?"
Re: "Angel's House"
Akiko lifted an eyebrow as a new doll appeared. It held up a small note on which was written an announcement for lunch. She stood from her bed, plucking at her bangs as she did, and then proceeded to the threshold. There, looking out into the shared hall, she saw the girl she had been chosen to group with. With a shy, yet playful, smirk, she said to the girl, "Well. Let's just hope the food here is better than prison, eh?" And with that, she turned and strode out the door, not waiting for the other girl.

Re: "Angel's House"
Claudia, a succubus? Hiding the smirk upon her lips was futile, 'You flatter me, swordsman' A sensible person would have taken it as an insult, but Claudia being the woman she was feed her pride choosing to interpret his words as praise. Already has she detected the fruition of her charm manifested as a slight pause in the powerful man's retort. Ah, that feeling of domination was insuperable by any drug or vice--pure ecstasy that pumped systematically through her veins like a contact high the moment his rough hands pressed against hers. Pure foolish man to fall so easily for the woman. Did he not know the weakness that is love? Claudia had learned that lesson far too later when she sworn alliance to her boss our of infatuation only to end up in a pool of her own blood branching on the tiled floor. That had been the first and last time she would ever let feelings get the best of her.
Without her inhibitions she would have burst out in maniacal cackling following it with some witty comment about how it was not like she was going to pounce on Confucius, unless he wanted her to. Instead, she feigned hurt, chewing on her bottom lip in a manner that would elicit concern from the other. In one swoop, she picked up her single bag filled with variations of her usual outfit and a couple items of apparel for special occasions. With her bag in one hand, and her purse in the other, she turned her head towards Fon motioning towards another bag with a nod " Would you mind getting that other bag for me?"

The Doll's request
"Not one bit Lady Claudia." Fon reached for the bag without realizing it. It took Fon a moment for him to realize he had not retrieved his own bag. A quick spin on his heels was all it took, and in mere seconds Fon was opening the door to their room for the young lady. "After you, of course." Fon remained behind the door, no kindness behind his action, purely mechanical. The beds in the room were the same size, so Fon found no reson for dispute. He left his own bag near the window, and helped Claudia by placing her bag near the bed he saw here eyes place them selves. In the center of the room a doll manifested, or perhaps it was there the entire time. It spoke of food for the pair.
"Lady Claudia, I'll be engaging in the lunch the doll speaks of." Fon seemed blissfully ignorant of the doll. Most might find it creepy but Fon could care less. His spear held the power behind his words. The ability to strike that which cannot be seen, that which cannot be hit. It held a certain security nothing could come close to even mustering. "I'll see you there." And with that Fon had left the room to her. Behind the door, Fon's patience had paid off. He was finally allowed to smile. All alone, no one could share his secret joy. Perhaps Fon could find the woman of his dreams behind that door. Perhaps Claudia could be all Fon had needed in life to not end up in a place like this. Fon's footsteps were quiet and untraceable. Something he learned in his travels.

Re: "Angel's House"
As they got to the kitchen Kyousuke had broken the small silence with a question, important indeed, but he did not know the answer "What kind of food?" He pondered, as if imagining all kinds of food in a giant large sized table with just the two of them-- but reality broke into his fantasy and reminded him of the other people. It also reminded him that this place could never offer such a luxury to dead people like them-- or at least that is what he thought "I don't clearly know what kind of food they're serving...." He stopped for a moment to look at his surroundings as he spoke "But something tells me that we are not getting the best food around--" he turned to Kyousuke "While sword boy, mother and those important people will surely get a family sized plate of a buffet" After finishing this, he just waited for food to be served
Re: "Angel's House"
"Yes, although likely not for the reason you think. I'm surprised she chose me before I could volunteer. This isn't the Corp., I don't take orders unless I want to follow them. And not even the threat of horrible pain nor death can sway me on that." Bill said the last part jokingly. He tasted the food and shrugged. "It's certainly no mess food, but I suppose I'll survive."

Re: "Angel's House"
"She chooses people who can handle doing the job from day one." Mary spoke as she placed her fork down near the plate. "Perhaps it's respect for older people who are often left in the prison for long periods of time." She drew a hand to get up and get out the tea. She remembered the first time Maemi had showed a bit of a soft side for her. She had been a bit surprised the woman could even show a bit of consideration, but it was something that showed in each individual act the woman did.
----
Yuriko nodded, glad that her room mate was at least greeting her. She nodded and headed down, following the path to go down the stairs to the dining area.

Re: "Angel's House"
"Yeah, the job." The sound of distant gunfire filled the room and water began sloshing at their feet. Bill was suddenly aware of the entire room as well as the connecting rooms. He set his plate down on a stand which disappeared into a tank trap. "Interesting." Bill folded his hands across his lap and looked around for several seconds before he pushed the information, and by extension the illusions, aside. "Did you see and hear all of that?" He asked and picked his plate back up.

Re: "Angel's House"
As Akiko & Yuriko walked out, Akiko's Doll glided out behind them to land on the girl's shoulder with a smile, wanting to come along for the ride it seems.
Slowly, as people took notice of the Dolls and got the message of food, the notice dolls faded out to return to the Kitchen area to begin serving food. For those down there, one could see the Dolls floating out large containers of various foods from stews to salads and come others. Along side this, several Dolls floated in a massive platter of sandwiches for the ones that wanted something simpler to eat or liked to mix and match. A few other dolls were setting out places at the table while two others were loading sandwiches onto a plate to take somewhere upstairs.

"I suppose you're quite used to war if you can make such objects." The woman spoke, her hands holding a tray as she placed it down. It seemed like she had just been at the counter, but somehow she was right back at the chair. "Did you see that as well?" She seemed to be amused at his show of his power, more or less testing his ability to tell hers at the moment.

Re: "Angel's House"
"Thanks, love" Claudia entered the room, flashing Fon a sweet smile as he held the door for her, her hips swaying with a mark flaunt to her step. Immediately her gaze fell on the bed closest to the door claiming it with quick steps towards it before it could be put up for debate. Although she was still uncomfortable having to share a room with a stranger, his friendly demeanor alleviated her worries. As he placed her bags at the foot of her bed, her smile melted into a serious line, studying the man before her. Everything from his stance, to his straight back as he stood indicated him a trained man. She bent slightly to lower her belongings, inspecting him from her peripheral as he left the room. A quick downwards glance revealed Claudia's amused smile, "I'll see you there", the corner of it caught between straight white teeth.
Left alone in the room, she straightened up to scan the small apartment. The place was not dirty by any means, but a life of affluence and influence had made resorts and expensive hotels part of her mundane life. The carpet felt rough under her feet, having taken off her shoes and outfit to take in her surroundings, and the smell of fatigue was thick in the air. It would be a while before her roommate returned from lunch, and knowing he was starting to develop a thing for her, it was safe to stretch his patience--surely he would wait for her to arrive. A pair of curtains hung lazily over the window, the color faded, the sun light filtered through the dirty windows. Her skirt gathered at her feet, her blouse landing on the bed behind her. The bed was all but comfortable judging from the hardness of it as she sat on the edge to remove her pantyhose. Despite it all, the place was luckily not as dreadful as she had imagined.
It wasn't until she had slipped her head through a baggy shirt that she noticed the doll. That creepy, still thing staring at her with empty beads for eyes. Just as she did with anything foreign, she picked it up, holding it in her hand to inspect it. " I've seen you before, in some scary movie perhaps" Slits for eyes, she tried to puzzle out the strange toy before her, totally dismissing the note it carried. A cascade of hair fell to her right as she turned her head like a curious child, a small 'Mhmmm' hummed through pursed lips as she intended to follow the ritual performed in the movie " I'm supposed to stab you seven times, then burn you to pacify the vengeful spirit." For a whole second she thought of following through, but a feeling in her gut stopped her from doing harm unto the creepy thing. Instead, she put on some pants, tying a little bow on the front of the grey, comfortable bottoms.
Before leaving to go downstairs her head dipped to examine her outfit-- a black shirt that reached halfway down her hips with the logo 'Flogging Molly' across her chest and grey sweat pants. A deep sigh scrunched up her nose " So much for bringing my cute gowns".No Ma'am, it was nothing but baggy shirts and work out pants from here on now.
Data, pride, information, success, Claudia lived-fed on the adrenaline rush of suspense and action. A meal had always been a part of a plot, or a part of a meeting, a gesture of adoration, and more often that thing she had to make time for so she wouldn't die. When was the last time she had sat down to eat and actually enjoy the taste of food, she could not remember. Taking a seat, she placed the door she had been carrying under her arm on the chair next to her. "I'm going to let you live," her words directed at the blasted thing with a chilly undertone, squinting her eyes in a stare contest she would never win against the inanimate object "but don't ever let me see you in my room without a warning".
