In an apartment building within the city of Tokyo resides the dead. The boarding house that is called "Angel's House," controls the balance of life and death. With a head matron and the servants keeping track of prisoners, spirits earn the ability to pass on. Prisoners use their powers to attack rogue spirits and humans attempting to enter the world of the spirits while alive.
Currently, a spirit that went against this system is trying to take over the living world in order to throw off the system. He is recruiting prisoners and humans for the sake of his cause.
You are a prisoner who is attempting to earn your ability to pass on. You have powers and have just arrived at Angel's House to replace some of the people that have been killed or recruited by the enemy.

It can be split up into smaller versions of its singular form for multiple applications at the cost of strength. The more individual forms that are out, the greater concentration that is required to operate them. The maximum number of Bit Funnels Kaori can control at this time is twelve.
Certain numbers of funnels can produce various effects.
One - Breaker - The greatest form, a single Bit Funnel produces an energy beam so powerful that it can break through defenses. It is, however, very exhaustive and requires considerable charging to use. Cannot be used when more than one Bit Funnel is out.
Two - Field - Two funnels hover parallel to the sides of Kaori's head, creating a mental protection field. This gives her considerable defense against mental powers. Can be used alongside four normal Bit Funnels, however Field cannot be used while another effect is in use.
Four - Sphere - Four funnels fire inward, forming a massive, concentrated ball of energy that splits off into a rain of spheres on multiple targets. Requires time to charge, similar to Breaker, however it can be fired prematurely for faster albeit weaker projectiles. While she can't use other Bit Funnels for offense while using this effect, she can spawn six more to form two shields at once to defend against two dfferent attacks. He spends time not spent training his mind training his body and praying to the deity who supports him as a pantheist. Aside from that, he's particularly awkward around women, and tends to avoid those interactions as best he can.
History: For a pagan knight two-hundred years out of date, death came too early. He was a student of philosophy and religion, and a transfer student living in the Indian Sub-continent. The outbreak of a war in that land caught him up in it and spelled his end. Much as he had come to accept living among the Indian people, Brahman gave him a second chance, but this time as a moralist spirit saver. His job... well, he isn't really sure, but speak of this "Angel House" place has him greatly confused. Clearly Moksha is still beyond reach.

Personality: A quiet girl who prefers to be left alone. She typically likes the few people she comes in contact with, and is actually very friendly when she isn't focused on work. She knows her job and does it exceedingly well, and gets into a sort of trance when she's working; she can go full days without food or sleep because of her focus. She has a rather childish side that is rarely if even seen due to her reclusive personality- she loves to listen to foreign pop music and play games, and had a rather extensive collection of cute plush dolls in her room. In the prison, she keeps quiet and follows the guards orders, while secretly collecting various items she can find- scraps of wire, and plastic, anything really- in order to create a back up escape for herself if she doesn't make it into Angel House. She is always contemplating possible situations and responses to them; she's a highly adaptable individual.

Wears a red dress shirt with white trim and golden buttons, black slacks with a silver buckle, silver rimmed spectacles, carries a rosary of rubies on a thin golden chain on his left wrist, and shiny black boots adorn his feet.
Power: Mental: Battlefield: Those around Bill find themselves in a beach scene and are exposed to the cacophony of the explosions, screams, and gunfire of combat. Enemies are slowly drained of their strength, their open wounds do not close, and their bleeding will not stop. Bill himself is granted total awareness of the area and the strength and vitality drained from his enemies is transferred to Bill and his allies instead.
Personality: He is a cheerful fellow, but does not suffer fools.
History: William joined the marines during WWII to avoid the draft. He had nothing but hate for the Japanese then, but over the course of his life he looked back and developed great respect for the people. After the war he had several daughters and led a full life praying every day for the souls of the friends he lost, those he had killed, and his own. He had returned to Japan for the first time with several of his grandchildren when he suffered a heart attack in his sleep.

Minds Eye- Allows Isaac to get mess with the minds of others causing temporary insanity through eye contact. When used on someone they will begin to see and hear things that do not exist and other hallucinations.
Personality: Isaac is generally a shy and quiet person. However, when he wants to he will speak his mind and it may not exactly be what you want to hear. Isaac is also an emotional person. If a hard situation that involved some one or something precious to him it may be hard for him to control himself. However, since Isaac isn't the most friendly of people he doesn't get to close to anyone and is unfazed with what happens to others.
History: They say that those who suffer a violent or sudden death turn into ghosts and get caught in the in between. Isaac was shot and killed in a mass shooting and when he woke up as a prisoner in the Angel's House he truly believed he was caught in limbo and a ghost. However, he realized that wasn't the case or at least not completely. He still had a chance and he will do anything for that chance even if it means joining the forces of evil.

Personality: Isaac is generally a shy and quiet person. However, when he wants to he will speak his mind and it may not exactly be what you want to hear. Isaac is also an emotional person. If a hard situation that involved some one or something precious to him it may be hard for him to control himself. However, since Isaac isn't the most friendly of people he doesn't get to close to anyone and is unfazed with what happens to others.
History: They say that those who suffer a violent or sudden death turn into ghosts and get caught in the in between. Isaac was shot and killed in a mass shooting and when he woke up as a prisoner in the Angel's House he truly believed he was caught in limbo and a ghost. However, he realized that wasn't the case or at least not completely. He still had a chance and he will do anything for that chance even if it means joining the forces of evil.

Personality: kyousuke is kind, and gentle most of the time he's calm he can be quite shy at times but is reliable when it matters and underneath it all he's a genius.
History: there's not much to say about kyousuke he was your average teenager or he was .although he spent most of his time alone he allways felt different from everyone else. this was problem linked to the fact he excelled at everything he was a genuine prodigy especially when it came to education. although when he died he was okay with that honestly he was even okay with the way he died at first. A woman dressed in a immaculate suit is in front of all of you in the bus. She has a bun and a happy smile, but you can tell she's not exactly thinking about your comfort. The seats are an uncomfortable leather and the bus shakes as if it isn't well maintained. The guards around are paying more attention to you and the other inductees than the tour. You've spent a few days getting used to the atmosphere and people. The tour itself is only showing you around Tokyo in order to give you a introduction to where you will be working. The bus finally lurches to a stop as you try and keep yourself sitting up. On your right is what looks to be a normal apartment building.
"We're at our last stop," Your cheerful, though reluctant, tour guide speaks. "Angel's house is to your left. Please make sure to take all of your belongings as you leave." She quickly moves down the steps, moving to the side as the inductees are pushed as gently as possible towards the normal looking door. As the last inductee is in, the guards and your guide quickly get in the bus and drive off. While in financial straits with her ailing father's dojo, she was tricked into a contract with the next Burattinaio, Araihan's 'replacement', that quickly caused not only the loss of the Dojo, but the loss of most of the family's property and possessions as well, which caused her father to soon worsen and die and her mother to commit suicide soon after, something she blames herself for. When the police failed to help her, she went after the new Burattinaio herself and was never seen again.

The young man's knuckles pressed against the door of the matron's apartment as the green-haired man stood quietly. In his right hand remained his sheathed sword which had ill remained silent.
"Dammit, Z! Why is it always US that go to find this woman. It isn't like she's putting out or anything, the sword complained loudly as it sat in its sheathe.
"We must fulfill the duties handed forth to us by the divines. Let us help the headmistress greet the new people!" he said enthusiastically.
"Headmistress, mayhap it is time for you to greet the new people," Zorlo said as he stood quietly for a moment. No response... Perhaps it was time to...

A second later, Zorlo stood on the other side of the door where he smiled and waved with his free hand. "Headmistress, the new ones are here. Its time for you to greet them, mayhap!" Zorlo said, bursting with enthusiasm.
"And time to remove your top! That's totally what time it is!" the sword interjected loudly as the two stared at the matron.

Looking up from her desk, a woman in a suit glared from a chair. She had her legs held above the desk with a bottle of vodka with a rather full ashtray on her desk. She moved her legs down and stood up from the comfortable leather chair. "Why do you two always come in without waiting for me to answer?" She walked towards the figure slowly, her hand forming a fist. "You better give a good answer now sword boy."

"I'll be down when you both confirm there isn't chaos going on downstairs with the lack of guards in the lounge. If they ruin the couch cushions or start making a mess I'll beat them to a bloody pulp." She opened the door and seemed to lose her glare. "Make sure doll girl isn't being lazy." She slammed the door behind him.

Personality: A prideful and ambitious woman, there has yet to be an obstacle or challenge that could deter her trying to be on top. Opportunist by nature, manipulative by trade, she is one to always pay attention to detail and think a step ahead. Part of her charm derives from her calculative efforts, dissecting anyone and everyone that comes her way. She will find a way to sway others to her side, often probing at those tender spots people try so hard to hide. Her silver tongue paired with her coquettish flare has gained her favor within the boarding house, being able to gain favor from a lot of the members.
Betraying her collected demeanor, the woman is volatile and cankerous when irked, so unless you want to stay off her permanent **** list it would behoove you to not get on her bad side. Although she'd rather use her head than her power to conquer the enemy, she finds a strange joy in getting her hands dirty from time to time; it's good therapy. Being the eldest, she doesn't really interact much with the other inmates and prefers to be on the listening end. Nonetheless, she has no qualms in vocalizing her hesitation or disapproval.

Unbeknownst to her, a strange affection began to fester within her. Such brilliance, such disposition; how could she but admire a man with such strong diligence? They shared common goals, common interests, and above all, the darkest secrets involving the foreign agency. Thus began their long affair. The older man was of course married, but that did not keep him from having weekly trips to her apartment.
Merging their plans, they conspired a coup against the director of the embassy. Claudia would get him drunk, drive him home, make him drink some more in the car until he passed out. Then, she was to leave the car running inside the garage. Carbon monoxide poisoning. The man had been quite stressed by work on top of his devastating divorce. A flawless execution, everything went just as planned. But Claudia became too greedy. She had killed not only because she wanted to rise in rank, she committed murder because she loved her boss. Claudia had done way more than his wife had ever done for him. It was SHE who should be sharing a bed with him every night. SHE should have been the one he took with him to balls and events. Kyousuke: (he stretches as soon as he steps off the bus once inside he looks around the room as he notices little things about the place that normal people wouldn't notice at first glance) " Angel's house"??...t-this is my home now? ( he pulls his bag over shoulder) I don't rerember packing up my clothes though ( he looks over his shoulder to hear the door lock) guess were not going anywhere anytime soon... ( he then takes notice of the people who arrived on the same bus with him he begins to think and trys to make a deduction.) rrrgghh man ( he leans against the wall as he begins to think) first the door that locked behind us this place is called Angels house as well maybe we'll be provided a proper explanation. ( he notices zorlo appear but he keeps to himself) he wasent there before... Was he? ( he manages to mumble under his breath)

I don't see any of them, should be easy to spot them given everybody else in this country is a jap. They're probably back home by now. William thought to himself absentmindedly as he looked out the bus window. He eventually glanced around at the other passengers. He wasn't sure if he was the only one there who was dead, which might have sounded like an odd thought to cross a person's mind, but he knew he wasn't dressed like this when he went to sleep that night, and more importantly there was no pain, and it wasn't the numbness granted by pain medication either. He felt stronger too, stronger than he had felt in decades and the spectacles that rested on his nose were entirely unnecessary, but they were a comfort.
Bill stopped a foot outside the entrance to Angel's House and took a deep breath before stepping through the doors. Reminds me of the landing craft a little. William looked derisively at the slippers. Yeah, that's not happening. He did not put them on and simply walked on into the lounge. William looked around as the door clicked shut and quickly shifted to a wall, he was mindful of all three dimensions not just the bunch of people milling about the center of the room. "Kind of wishing I had my rifle right now." He muttered to himself and held onto the beads of his rosary as he thought about the last time he was on Japanese soil. I was inside of a box then too.

Araihan was really only just entering the room of inductees when Zorlo... appeared... for lack of a better term as she'd blinked to find him suddenly there. How he continued to do it perplexed her, despite being used to it by now. "I can imagine what was said," she replied with a sigh as she leaned back against a wall to casually look over the Inductees. Of course, that was an innocent farce in itself as several Support-type dolls hidden about the room on top of shelves and some sitting decoratively about the room were really doing the looking for her and had been from the moment the Inductees had entered this room from the lobby. "So, did she say how long she'd be, by any chance?" she asked, not really expecting an answer as her impromptu surveillance system monitored the room, giving some the feelings of being watched despite being unable to locate anything at the moment.

Akiko perks and glances over her shoulder when she hears the click of the locked door. Well.... She scans the room with distant teal eyes, shifting her glasses up with a finger. She sees some plush couches. This must be some sort of waiting area, but still... it's better than jail.
She makes her way to one of the couches, her eyes shifting to a man with green hair and a girl clad in some purple butterfly get up who both just entered the room. She kept her eyes on them in quiet observation as she took her seat.
