anyway..what it means by wishlist?
Do you mean "watashitachi wa neko ga suki desu" and "watashi wa Shino-san ga suki desu"?
Wishlist basically means a list of wishes, that's all I guess...

I'm learning and I know basic words and I know a lot of songs, I just can't translate much yet.

I have 29 pages of solid Japanese to teach me and I have friends who are Japanese who help a lot too. The songs and words arn't hard to say or learn, it's just translating and memorizing. Also, changing them for sentence form. Lol.
Anyways, back on topic, Kuhn which one were you talking about?

Here's a list of what I'd like to see, although the likelihood of it happening is another story.
-More interaction with the environment (as in, more than two obviously breakable objects per dungeon)
-Bounding boxes smaller than elephants ^^;
-The ability to see a physical representation of all (or at least more) items in the game
-The ability to participate in more MMO-like events that may be based on real time
-A battle system that's at least somewhat physics based (or at least less X-button based)
-A third plane of motion (jumping, climbing, falling)
-Much more area variety
-More special areas and non-story surprises
I actually disagree with the custom character thing. While it's perfectly reasonable to base any other media on different characters, that's not really the problem. Any and all cutscenes featuring the main character will have to be generated in real time, which even on a system like the PS3 will be difficult. It will at least limit the amount of characters present in the scene and the amount of effects that can be used and such. Also, if the character's gender is changed, that will obviously effect his or her role in the story. And if his or her name can be changed, it will never be spoken aloud in a pre-recorded cutscene (such as was with Kite). Basically, a custom character will never be as close to the story, and .hack is all about story. The only way it would work is for the playable character to be a secondary character or observer, and how boring would that be? =P

Well I want to see
-A Deep storyline (theyve done it well so far and hopefully they can keep it up for at least 1 more series)
-New and old characters.
-more quests
-fix item cap to 99 (50 is alright but I run outta something fast)
-alchemy and cheat alchemy again.
-weapon craft (fine parts around the world like a blade abd a handle or something else to make weapons and other equipment)
-real armor changing (i sometimes gets annoying to put on a new peice of armor and yet its the same looking on your character.
-like shiroi said somehting like jumping or climbing.
Also to that cubia idea, just make him/her an adept rogue and at the beginning like it talks about adept rouge choices being a point system, give a set amount of points to choose your adept rogue classes like how haseo is a twinblade, flicker, edge punisher and how matsu is a edge punisher and steam gunner
At the time of creation, the user picks 2 to 3 classes using a point-buy system, which restricts certain "unbalanced" combinations, such as Shadow Warlock and Harvest Cleric. They also pick freely from one of the 3 armor types. The Adept Rogue starts out in the game with their first chosen class, and must unlock the remainder through Job Extend. An Adept Rogue is given 4 points to use to choose from the following job options:
* Blade Brandier - 1 Point
* Edge Punisher - 1 Point
* Twin Blade - 1 Point
* Flick Reaper - 2 Points
* Lord Partizan - 2 Points
* Tribal Grappler - 2 Points
* Macabre Dancer - 3 Points
* Harvest Cleric - 3 Points
* Shadow Warlock - 3 Points
* Steam Gunner - 3 Points
sorta like that (yay .hack wiki)

Custom Characters, and online features like Arena PvP, and the ability to play with your friends. Just not in a true MMORPG sensemake it alot more fun, with alot less grinding.

Despite what people think, controlling more than one character would be easy going off of the GU Multiweapon class, and wouldn't impede the storyline.
Haseo was a Twinblade, Brandish and Flicker all in one, so we were essentially playing three classes at once. Going by this, we could create a unique blend of up to 3 characters in the Multiweapon class. That way you get a starting party, and more classes avalible. It may not cover all of the classes, but it would open more options up, and allow for more player diversity.
You'd cycle through them in town. Doing so in the dungeon would be too abusable. Choose who to use and the other two can act as normal party members, or you can party with other characters. You could also allow for extended partys, controlling more than three characters at a time so as to have a larger array of options. This could also allow for bigger monster gatherings (such as the classic field gangrapes of the original dothack games), and a more indepth combat AI, both on the enemies and the party members.
This may help for multiplayer too, since there would be more than one "Main Character" to control. Someone mentioned a DMC style combat system. Doppleganger Style in that game was an equivalent 2 player mode, so it's not too far fetched. Have the first party member slot be for the second player, and they control them. This would allow your team to play more human like than it does.
To balance this, realtime windows may be necissary. Otherwise everyone will be interupting the game play with their selection whatnot. That would be annoying to wait for your buddy the magic user to cast all his spells in the middle of your combo.
Aside from that, a quicker weapon cycling method is a must. I wanna jump straight into my next weapon without using the Skill Trigger.

the one thing I would want is like..if you have save data from GU compleat data you get like Avatar Vs mode (play as the other avatars) and if you have data from IMOQ compleat data you would get like azure kite in your party (cos no matter how many games he will always come back in some way) you know give thoses people who have played .hack since infection something worth wile.
but personally I agree with ATs game idea with the AI and it having all thoses special AI abilities. Plus that would explain why your character is NEVER away from the PC XD but it would make Email awfully interesting >_>

I don't agree with the player making a new character from scratch. It would mess up the story, if the protagonists is this one-dimensional identity-less guy.

who said you had to be the main character this time. you could be a supporting one who is more or less the main characters partner

Id like to see the 3 word thing go and TW have a map
I like the 3 word system but a map would be diffrent.
Also
-flying mounts
- being able to make wepons and armour
-bring back all pieces of eqipment leg,hand,plate,helm
-bring back TW's celtic style design
-snow fields
- no more aida
- being able to choose your class
- released for both ps3 and xbox360
-get rid of the barrier
-being able to PK ANYONE on the field not just pks
-larger fields with dungoens
-Shows armour when you put it on
-being able to make your own areas like in fragment (so they could keep the choas gate for that)
yeah

FF13 had plenty of problems besides. It's story just plain sucked ass.

Well this is just my overall opinion of what I think after i beat the G.U. games (Copied from another forum i posted it on)
Just my overall opinion of G.U.
--There were not enough different skills per weapon class (especially the guns)
--The Crimson VS was pointless as there was really nothing to gain from it.
--There were not enough greeting cards available, i mean you have 5 of one card and 22 people to choose from
--Not enough extra quests to do after you beat the game to get a good use of your newly aquired characters.
--I felt the story was sometimes too cheesy and overdramatic for an oniine game
--I hated being forced to use certain characters for certain parts, i wished there was more freedom instead of being stuck with people like Atoli.
--They pulled an Orca on Alkaid. By that i mean she was gone shortly after you got her and when you get her back there was no point in using her anymore cause there was nothing left.
--Alkaid's voice was way too boyish for my taste
--I felt like the difficulty of the game was too easy and they could have made it alittle harder and not expect you to be pathetically weak. I also think the final boss battle was a complete joke.
--I loved the Goblin tag and Bike tuning. I like collecting the different parts and customizing the bike
--Really enjoyed fighting the doppleganger for some reason
--I enjoyed emailing the people, reading the boards, and watching the movie clips of the news
--I really really loved Online-Jack and wished it was longer
--Enjoyed the 4 outtakes movies you get.
--Loved the marriage event (Endrance's was the best)
--The avatar battles were fun to play, but some were just too easy
--Wish there was more wallapapers and BGMs
What i would like to see in the future
--The ability to leavel up different skills. Like being able to level individual skills like gale blade and sparrow counter, because it gets annoying using Ghost falcon just cause it's stronger than something like Chaotic Strike
--More variety of battles in the arena (! vs 3, 2 vs 3, free for all (6man), triangle match in singles pairs and teams)
--Just more extra quests that expand on each character like Antares,Natsume, Piros and such.
--a difficulty option like normal and hard, cause the game was too easy
and another person in the same thread added that they thought it would be cool to customize/alter character appearances a bit

An online game that causes comas and allows people to exhibit ESP and a technological form of psychokinesis, along with being a womb for numerous artificial intelligences with the ability to destroy all mankind.
