Before Haine could finish his sentence, both guards fell to the ground before they even knew they were under attack, one grunting softly as he landed. "Already taken care of," she replied with a faint smile. Another guard entered the room before she could hide the bodies, but he fell just as easily as the others had with a single shot. "This is getting ridiculous... At least Haine's living up to his reputation, yet still managing to keep out of my way... Perhaps it wouldn't hurt to consider having him come with me on my next mission after all..."

She hid two of the bodies quickly before grabbing the third, sliding him over into a darkened corner. She used her manipulation ability to pull more shadows over the bodies before turning back towards Haine. "If our data is correct, we're getting close. It should be just two hallways away from here."

Haine: ( he smiles) wow Certaintly didn't expect that that's quite a trump card you have up your sleeve...( he rushes on ahead making sure the path is clear as the two arrive at the room) allright we made it without any major problems ( he hears oncoming groups of foot steps obviously it's time to switch posts) we need to hurry our nearest route is through the vents correct?

"It looks like it, but we have to make sure to finish the mission. The vents from here should lead into the room we need, but it's a little bit of a complicated route..." Claire said as she began looking around, hoping to quickly locate the opening to the ventilation system. The sound of footsteps grew louder, and based on the sound alone, quite a few guards were on their way. They had to get out of the room immediately or they might be in a bit of trouble.

"Quickly, the opening's this way," Claire called softly before running toward the back corner of the room.

Haine: what do you mean complicated?...( he's interrupted by the sound of footsteps growing louder) never mind lets hurry ( he manages to fumble with the vent as he opens it and he climbs in and and pulls the vent cover back over as to not raise suspicion as the passing patrol passes by) Certaintly cramped...

"That's the least of our concerns now..." Claire whispered as softly as she possibly could. Metal vents carried echoes throughout the entire compound, and if anyone heard them, they were sitting ducks. She began crawling forward, although it was awfully tight, making it hard to move. It was a good thing Claire wasn't claustrophobic.

"Before we can even make it to the room we need to get into, we have to reach a section of vents that go vertical. I'm not sure how high the vertical section is, but if it's too high, we won't be able to scale it easily...or quietly..." she continued with a soft sigh. She had a few clips to use for climbing, but they were magnetic and would undoubtedly make a lot of noise when she placed them on the wall. Hopefully it was short enough that they could climb them alone, or use one another to climb up.

Haine: ( he begins to climb slowly behind her as he has no wasted movement and be moves as silently as possible as he modes at her explanation until he finally whispers) your telling me to climb in allready cramp and hard to move silently vents *sigh* nothing we can do I'd suggest magnets but the clanking noise against the metal would be too loud shouldn't be too hard though if it's a small enough climb.....The problem Is not getting detected...and staying alive

"My point exactly," Claire replied quietly. They were getting closer to the area she had mentioned, and she was beginning to get anxious about the situation. If they couldn't climb up, they certainly couldn't turn around. She closed her eyes momentarily and the anxiety began to fade. If it took the magnetic clips to get out, so be it. They would just have to climb through the rest of the vents quickly.

"Let's just keep going. We'll figure it out when we get there..."
