Raven:....{ he looks at his hand as he looks at monroe}....what was that attack just now? wait your just gonna let me go?......it was instant but I was clearly able to see it....dammit I was so obsessed with that feeling I lost myself for a second...but that attack { he grins to himself}.... ahahahahaha....AHAHAHAHAHA!!!! that was interesting why are you just letting me go?...things were just getting interesting after all { he just notices Audia's appearance}...her I've seen her before { unlike most Raven was able to tell this womans appearance has upset Melanie though through only raven can see past Melanies facade}....Tch

"S'what I want, buddy! If you're gonna fight me, I want you to fight ME, not think of someone else. Everything I have will come at you next time, but if you want me out of your way, that means I'm not the person you wanna fight. You won't give me your all if you're thinking of someone else while you're in my face, and I don't fight like that," Monroe stated with a chuckle as he walked. "See you later. Hey, lady, I know you're supposed to follow me or some sh*t, so come on. Maybe I'll even let you talk to me, but probably not."

Raven: one more thing...what did you mean by "Path of Carnage"? just who the hell are you?....{ he looks towards Zachary} Zachary... lets continue with the mission I trust Melanie enough to stay Alive and protect his comrades..lets keep going Zach we have to Secure that Grimoire thats what we came here for right?

Zachary nodded and walked past. This was no longer his battle and the man was right. Zachary, in earnest, didn't want to fight at all, but he knew that this was still his job. He didn't know if he had to keep fighting, but for now it was his job. The ice mage ran after the leader of their group and continued on their way. He didn't speak again, merely following their group leader. He hoped this would work out better than things before.

Raven: Melanie...this is an Order... Stay alive { he runs off with zachary as they manage to infiltrate the the castle through the canals they arrive at the wine celler as they encounter several Vampire Guards}....Zach I'll take the enemies to the right you take the left understood lets get in and out I trust you got my back { he smiles playfully at zachary} lets get started AAAARRRGGHHH!! { he readies his blade as he cuts his way through the first guard and he grabs the second vampire and slams him into the ground as he charges the rest} RAAGH! { he starts to cut his way through}

Zachary spun his staff and watched as the vampires rushed at him. Slamming the staff tip against the ground, ice formed over the feet of one of the vampires as another rushed at him. Zachary spun his staff again. The air thickened into a white cloud before forming spikes of ice that shot as he extended his palm towards the vampire rushing at him and the spikes impaled the vampire's chest a few times, knocking him back. Zachary lifted the mouth-piece of his mask and spoke as he stabbed the vampire in the head. "Farewell... may the beyond... care for you better... than this world," he said as he spun his spear again and drove the tip of the spear into the other vampire's head, causing it to freeze and shatter. Afterwards, he started after Raven. He couldn't fall behind.

Melanie had been upset by Audia's appearance, but not in the way most would expect. He didn't want Ariana to see her, and he had failed to prevent that. "Yes, my master." The butler stated as his heart started beating and he became covered in fur as his muscles grew and his fangs were no longer a mere two but more than twenty. The lycan rushed in with a sudden burst of speed and attacked Audia with a palm thrust easily blocked by her weapon, but the chi wave that accompanied the attack sent her sailing into the wall and the blade bit into it's master's flesh. "Ariana, you should leave this one to me. Go after the others." He wasn't sure if Ariana would be able to handle the emotional toll this fight would have on her, she didn't need to see Audia die again and he wasn't sure what this husk of his friend would try to use against her or him for that matter, but he had been ordered not to die by his master and so he would not, whatever the cost.

Crow clearly wanted to kill his brother himself, but it was unlikely he would have come here alone. So she took it upon herself to ensure that the vampire was the only one to reach him. She waited in the center of a hallway for their guests. When Raven appeared she stepped aside stating, "You may pass, he is waiting for you." But when Zachary approached, she held her ground and placed a hand on the hilt of her blade. "You may not pass unless you defeat me. I am Jasmine, bearer of the Emperor's Talon, master of the Jade Dragon, wielder of his sacred flames, and your opponent. Who are you my most worthy adversary to have arrived here intact?"

Ariana started to replied when laughter could be heard as Audia stood, her weapon on the ground next to her. "Go...? But How can I show her my love if she leaves?" Audia asked, a look bordering on obsession in her eyes that slowly moved toward insanity. "I just want to hug her, kiss her, tear her, bleed her, maim her, torture her! I want to be impregnated by her screams until I birth an entity of pure pain! I want to bury myself so deep inside her flesh that we forever stain each other beyond recognition!!" she finished before holding her head, her eyes becoming clean and lucid for a moment. "Why do I want this...?" "How else can we express Love this deep, this profound, this powerful if not this way!?" she cried to herself, laughing again. "Of course, of course. I'd forgotten... Melanie, I'll show you some love too!" she said suddenly as her weapon suddenly jumped up and started spinning in mid-air as the sapphire circle appeared. "15th Mechanism; Unending cycle of Death, 'Dan-" A grunt of pain stopped her, the forming weapon and circle vanishing as she held her scarred chest. Monroe was too far away now, so her orders were imposing themselves to continue following and watching him. Her 'Master' had never issued such a powerful order before.... "Tch! Melanie? My Love? I'm forced to leave you both now. But next time, I'll be sure to shower you both with all my love..." she said before turning and vanishing, just like that.

"Let's go, Melanie..." Ariana said suddenly before turning and walking away. But Melanie could see it, the tension in her twitching claws as they advanced again. And when she turned to impale a stray Vampire on her monstrous claws and suck the life and blood from them, he could see the tear tracts on her face. She's thought she was ready to fight and kill Audia. How wrong she'd been.

Melanie shrank back to his vampire form, stilling his heart once more. "Ariana, Audia is long dead and it is not your fault." Some things never changed, for instance, that line never worked, but it was almost obligatory anyways even now more than two centuries later. "That was a perverted husk and nothing more." Melanie half wondered if he was trying to convince her or himself of that. For a second there, he could have sworn Audia was back, but no it was just his imagination. She was not Audia anymore she was something else, Naudia.

Melanie was unsure of how much of the original person still remained after being turned, he was still himself but he knew he was an exception to practically every other vampire rule too so... Maybe if he knew what they had done to her he could bring Audia back for Ariana, but he wasn't going to take the gamble. Naudia needed to be destroyed so that Audia could rest in peace and Ariana could move on with her life. Even if it made her hate him for it. "I wish Xander were here." He could probably save her. Melanie thought to himself.

Crow: Excellent now then Shall we get started....Brot- { he gets knocked flying Across the room by a a punch delivered by Raven}..heh{ he grins as he regains his balances and dark flames appear in his hands as they form his blade}


Raven: Get out of my way...Crow i'm not here for you { his killing intent leaks out}

Both: {their killing intent begins to fill the whole area as the two disappear but in reality they two are actually clashing weapons and magic}

Raven: MOVE ASIDE! SHADE MAGIC!..I offer up this contract to the spiirit beast that dwells in Darkness...{ chains made of shadows erupt from the ground as Ravens eyes turn red}

Crow: AHAHA! { he shatters through Ravens Chains as he deadlocks his blade with ravens} come on...COME ON! it's no fun if you just lay there and DIE COME on...WRITH SCREAM...BLEED I Want to see it all...I Want to bleed you dry but what fun would it be if you just gave up!...Come on I will bleed you dry....just like our precious little si

Raven: DON"T SAY IT!....{ he begins to push crow back} DON'T YOU DARE SAY HER NAME! { he pushes Crow away as he holds out his claw as shadows begin to form around crow} I don;t have time to play with you CROW! { he begins his counter attack} Blood Magic....

Crow: Intersting I know all those moves too you know! Blood Magic....

Melanie felt a tug of his own, not dissimilar to the one Naudia experienced, as the geas Xander had placed on him drew him towards Raven as his battle intensified. "I have to go." He said as he felt himself go weretiger and was suddenly sprinting through the halls, leaving craters created by chi waves in his wake. He blew past Jasmine, deflecting her sword as she tried to slash him, and he finally stopped in a crouch next to Raven. "Wave!" Melanie unleashed a blast of chi to supplement Raven's attack.

"Can't be letting that happen again. One more won't make any difference, but it's still annoying." Jasmine slashed a line in the ground and a wall of green flames rose up, blocking the path behind her. "Now then, where were we?"

[Zorolo]

Zachary had snuck past Jasmine's flames and the battle between Crow and Raven as he closed the door almost silently as he moved into the kitchen. He looked around and sighed as he began to try and find another door. As soon as he started to take note, he became highly aware that the other door wasn't somewhere nearby... or if there was, he wasn't skilled enough at finding hidden door. What a bothersome event.

Monroe sat on a nearby banister and watched, actually WATCHED, the battle between Crow and Raven. "I'd forgotten the boss was that strong... and his brother is his equal. If that guy had fought me seriously..." Monroe said as he paused. Most people would have gone pale or terrified... but for Monroe, he smiled widely. "I'd have probably died! A glorious death! A very, very glorious death!" the man said as he stood up and smiled. "Or I'd manage to win, who knows?" he asked, looking around him. "Where is that girl?"

Ariana watched Melanie take off wordlessly as she followed his trail. "Xander..." The name felt full of important to her, but no memories came forward. "It feels weird... I feel like I should remember since an important name..." she murmured to her herself as she entered the main room just in time for Jasmine to finish sealing the doorway and turn to her. They looked at each other a moment before Ariana spoke. "I have a feeling you weren't talking directly to me, were you...?"

With a giggle, Audia jumped down behind him. Where she'd come out of was anyone's guess. "Aren't you an interesting one? Most choose to ignore me if I'm following them," she said as she looked down on the fight.

Jasmine sighed, "No, I wasn't. But you'll do. And if we're going to do this, we might as well do it properly." She placed her hand on the hilt of her sheathed blade... again. Raven: Melanie...what are you?! { he blocks a oncoming attack}

Crow: Damn Butler interuppting my fun...you dare interupt my reunion with my brother! { his eyes glow red}

Raven: what I seek is the burning field { he holds out his claw as a magic circle appears}

Crow: not gonna work! { he cancels out Ravens magic with his own}

Raven: Damn!...MElanie! { both Raven and Melanie begin attacking from both sides}

Crow: { he smiles as he begins to block both attacks from Raven and Melanie}....I'm starting to get bored.... Don't BORE ME BROTHER! { he grins as he begins attacking both melanie and Raven}

Raven: RRRAAAGGGH! { he follows up a chi attack by melanie with shade magic which causes little damage but creates an opening} NOW! { he disappears as he slashes his brother as both of the twins eyes glow a blood red}

Crow: your never going to beat me if you keep yourself limited with that thing on your arm come on its no fun unless I'm fighting my brother at his full strength and yet you let the humans keep you restrained and your powers arent even a fraction of what they used to be! { he slices his blade through ravens should as Raven manages to block it with his claw as the two remain in a deadlock as Blood magic begins to surround the two} COME ON!...COME ON! I'll break that limiter and we can truly have FUN!

Raven: { the limiter on Raven cracks as it malfunctions slightly as it slowly unlocks} DAMMIT...NO!.... { the two leap back as Raven falls to a knee holding his claw}

Crow: {he licks blood off of his sword} Ready for round two? but { several vampires jump down from the banisters} *Sigh* this is why I hate common vampires your so impatient

Raven: { he readies his blade} Melanie...back me up...Zacharyy don't just stand there....help us out with this

Vlad: { he opens his eyes}....its not time yet...{ he sits up out of his bed}....Why must my two children fight...{ he grabs his cloak}....Crow your so hasty my son its not time yet for you two to fight their is still things to be done before you can settle things

The carriage containing the manor lord was currently approaching the castle Vlad occupied. The master remained quiet, holding what seemed to be a very special matter. Of all the servants he had, he feared for what would happen to Fiorella once he made this request. She would be unable to keep from using her power often, perhaps for the rest of her life. He had remembered finding her as a frightened teenager such a long time ago. She had begun using her voice without knowing it. He had enough power to resist her powers, explaining that she was doing something wrong.

Yet, now she was looking into keeping a human beside her. If he made the request for Aciano to be made a vampire, what would Vlad say? Normally turning a human required permission. Particularly because he feared for Aciano's safety if he continued to be a human within the ranks. It would give Fiorella at least some security that he wouldn't be food in the next few years. Still, he had to ask Vlad's opinion on the matter. Since there had been no problems, he hoped the request wouldn't be hard to take care of. However, there was also something bugging him about Vlad's ways with the others. He was starting to doubt that he would be able to hold back his annoyance at the current conflict.

Melanie unleashes a wave of intimidating chi to knock out the riff raff, Crow's comment was amusing and gave the butler an idea. Crow's weakness was his arrogance, he didn't consider the butler a true threat and maybe he couldn't put out as much raw damage as Raven, but he had other skills in this instance, Chi Blocking. Melanie changed tactics instead of going for powerful attacks using chi waves like he had been, he made many weak attacks that were little more than taps causing no apparent damage. But Crow suddenly found himself weakened drastically. A slash across the chest and a blast of power sent Melanie rolling. Melanie grabbed one of the vampires and used him as a cushion as he crashed into the wall. "Still want master to break his limiter?" The butler asked as he got back to his feet. As Crow made his rage filled attack Melanie unleashed a staggering blast of chi that sent the vampire prince flying, he crashed through the castle's interior walls and was thrown into the parade grounds. "Raven, I realize it is not really my place, but I suggest we leave him for another day and focus on the objective." He placed a hand over his most recent and grevious injury and channeled chi to seal the wound. He had expended a lot of chi getting here and fighting Crow so Melanie was kind of running on fumes and was unsure if he would have the stamina if they got into another serious engagement.

Crow: {he stands up instantly} Allright this isn't bad mr. Butler has some bite after all....don't look down on ME! { his aura erupts as he stops}


Vlads voice: Crow that's enough it seems they've won this round retreat

Crow: but Father I-

Vlads voice: thats enough come back now don't make me ask again

Crow:...yes... Father { he looks towards Raven and Melanie} I'll see you around Brother I can't wait till next time! AHAHAHAHA! { he walks off as he connects with jasmine telepathically} Jasmine when we get back I need to spar with someone....once you finish your fight come on back

Raven: { he couldn't help but instincively tense up when he heard vlads voice} well than...Melanie take a break and get the book thats an order....Zachary...help me finish up here...the book should be in a hidden room here somewhere find it will ya? { he rushes at the remaining vampires}

[Zorolo]

Zachary nodded as he began to search for the hidden room as Raven had ordered him. The mage remained silent as he used all of the old tricks he had learned to continue attempting to find the hollow wall or fake wall or what have you. It took him a few minutes, since he had never had very good luck finding concealed doors or hidden rooms, but he did, with some great difficulty, open up a door that wasn't blatantly obvious. He stared into the room but did not advance. He'd wait for the others.

MOnroe sighed. "Well, it seems that Lord Crow has retreated. Come, little crazy girl, let's get out of here and start off. It isn't our place to try and complete this battle," Monroe stated as he crossed his arms and started to walk away. Again, he'd lost his desire to fight. "Well, I now know... these people aren't as weak as I first thought. Best of luck to them, I hope they don't get eaten on their way after us."

Audia's only reply was another giggle as she leapt and vanished again. Why or how she did it was anyone's guess, but she was evidently following him since he could practically feel her staring at the back of his neck as he walked on.


Ariana smirked back as she too got ready. "Of course. I'm Ariana, Twilit Hunter and Wielder of the Light of the Sun," she replied as light gathered to the symbols that seemed to magically appear on her right hand. "But that... is something you'll learn for yourself! Light Sign..." The light at her hand became a card before shaping into a ball that she tossed to and into the ground. "Earthlight Ray!" she finished as the ground beneath Jasmine it up. It was the only warning she got to leap aside before searing beams of light erupted from beneath the Vampire, she skin tingling painful, but without lasting damage... this time. "You're not done with this Card yet!" Ariana yelled as she launched several more balls into the ground, ever ready with her claw. Maybe it was a bit much, but the Hunter didn't care, she was pissed at the world, herself, and every Vampire in the middle.
