Mnemonic Blood: Melanie can learn things by consuming the blood of others, including vampires.

-Wave: He can unleash a blast of chi that sends the affected target flying backwards with great force, if however the target is grounded or manages to hold their ground in some other manner the effects are no less awesome but far more harmful to the target.
-Shell: He can defend himself with chi barriers or even create weapons, although that's not really his style.
-Intimidation: He can unleash a relatively weak but large area burst of chi that knocks out those with weak wills.
-Blocking: By striking the chi centers of a person's body he can paralyze a target's limbs, disable their powers, or even cause total paralysis.
-Healing: By channeling his chi into another he can heal them.

Bio: Melanie was the butler of a wealthy aristocrat long ago who had the unfortunate luck of getting attacked by a renegade weretiger, his mistress had been the target of the attack but Melanie was in the way. Being a dutiful butler he had silverware on his person on the off chance his mistress should have need of it. He defended himself from the beast and his mistress had him go have himself checked out by a doctor, unfortunately on his way to the doctor a vampire was drawn to the blood on him and thus attacked him. Unfortunately for the vampire, it was a full moon that night and when he saw Melanie change into his weretiger form he thought he had just gained a willing slave. Instead he got himself a ball of furr and fury that ripped him apart.
Melanie awoke the following morning and went to his mistress's house, pleasantly surprised that his injuries seemed to have healed overnight and confused as to why he awoke naked and in an alleyway. The bright light of the sun was painful, but not lethal to him as it was to other vampires. His mistress was a little more distressed and thought her butler had become possessed by a demon and called a priest to try and exorcise him and followed that with a number of witch trials. Melanie was a dutiful servant and so he went along with the tests, regardless of the fact that he assumed he would die. But he survived each of the tests and when they tried to burn him at the stake he reflexively transformed and fled. Since then he's learned about his unique state. He can withstand sunlight, and he can subsist off of regular food, his diet consists mostly of fresh red meat, although he does get the urge to drink blood. When he does drink blood he can gain knowledge from it but he can't turn people one way or another, so unless he completely drains them they suffer no ill effects beyond the usual. Like a vampire Melanie does not age, he does however carry most of the weaknesses of a lycanthrope because it had established dominance when the vampirism was introduced.
After a decade of surviving he went into a self imposed exile, trying to starve himself to death, in a vast desert. He found a nice sunny rock and sat there to await the end. His plan didn't work though, and he awoke from a state of hibernation, extremely hungry shortly before the battle at sword valley. All of that time in the desert wasn't simply an intensely painful experience it also allowed him to achieve a state of enlightenment. Internal Affairs used to have a very powerful psychic on their staff, although before his death he wiped himself from practically everyone's memory, he is one of only a handful of guild members to die of natural causes but before his death he placed at least one geas on Melanie which was to keep Raven alive, well as alive as a vampire can be. As such, whether Raven likes it or not, he has taken it upon himself to serve as his faithful Butler.

The door to the chamber opened and a man in a suit stepped in, Melanie bowed apologetically. "My deepest apologies for his tardiness, I allowed Master Raven to sleep in too much. I am certain he will be along shortly and will fill him in on anything he misses, so please continue." The butler stood in an unobtrusive place just out of view from the entrance. He nodded towards Zachary and Ariana. He recognized them but he really only knew Ariana through Audia and since her... passing he hadn't interacted with the mage much. Their friendship had been short, but he and the former hunter had been friends. Seeing Ariana reminded him of that loss, but his butler training did not permit him to show such emotions while he was working.

Bio: Jasmine's a cold calm woman, she doesn't appear to care much if a person is a human, a vampire, or something else she rarely even acknowledges their existence unless they challenge her to a battle, even if they lost. The one exception is the servants, she makes a point to know them all by name. Jasmine sought out Vlad specifically and asked him to turn her so that her body would not give out before she mastered the art of the sword. Unfortunately, as a mere human, she was unable to get past Crow and was in fact turned by him. Despite becoming a vampire like she wanted, it wasn't done by who she wanted and so that is her greatest shame and is the only known way to break her cold and calm demeanor, although everyone who has brought this up, asides from Crow himself, died immediately.
