And for your second question, you can use everyone in the arena except Gaspard. Even the Azures, i believe

Now, if I were a system admin on The World, I'd consider that power abuse...for one thing, Haseo has the Xth form now, and those dual guns are pretty much a cheat right there, insta-win. Also, the Azures...I don't even think I have to say anymore. =P

 It's right after he recovers in the outskirts of the system when AIDA beats the hell out of him,and he and Skeith discuss what Skeith will do in terms of him staying or leaving,then haseo tells skeith he won't leave him behind,a he "becomes on with his epitaph" and thus becomes Xth form.It's interesting that fusing mind and soul with skeith produced guns,but meh,things happen
