i loved that game!

I have yet to get the sequel-- but I absolutely adore the original. Glad to hear D2 is fun to play. Prinnies rule d00d.

Overkill? Heck no!
Considering the massive amout of extras in the game, it is almost required that you power-level.
By-theby, make sure to invest in a magic-knight the instant they're avalible.

i got the 4th tier of M-knight...but im not even on the last lv and according to some things i heard Zenon isn't even lv 70

Zenon is worthless, I tanked him with a Priestess.
But, if you do it right, the final boss will be lv 2000!

for most ppl, it's only as long as it takes you to buy a cheat ....

Unfortunately, Level doesn't actually mean power in this game.
It takes powerful, mastered equipment, as well as many reincarnations and pupils to make a TRUELY powerful character.
Takes forever is you don't do it right.

Yeah, Clerics are my favorites!
In the first one, I beat all the "Super" bosses with her, and I've done it again in this installment.
By the way, I always name her Nephilim.

Damn I must say, THIS GAME IS DAMN TOO BIG, don´t you agree?
man... max lvl. of 9999 is too much, the Item World is takes too long, the number of classes is too much, everything in this game is too much! but is still one of the best I have played so far.

I have to agree; the amount of stuff to do in this game is crazy. +100 hours of play time GARENTEED! I'm 40 minutes from hitting it and I've barely done anything (Highest character is only lvl 98 and is a Chaos Soldier). Gone through the story twice, and right now I'm trying to get my party at a lvl where I can beat Flonne and Laharl (damn they're strong)! And of course you got that really annoyingly hard "Dark World".
It's just too much...
