Why is the sond that is played during the credits of .hack//quarentine included in .hack//gu vol 2&2 OST?

Maybe they used that credits song to signify the ending of the G.U. game series? Hell, the Avatar BGMs are remixed versions of the old phase BGMs.

The song played at the end of Quarantine and Volume 3 is Aura's theme.

You mean the song titled The Hope of Dawn? Yeah that's Aura's theme. Yes, she does return.
