I was curious if this game'll have some special events like the final game of the past series had such as the Ryoko/BlackRose event or the 15 floor Virus Bug dungeon, and of course an optional boss battle.

I heard that there was an event at the end that's called "Resurrection" and is the "Final" episode of G.U., much like with the Mia event. What do you do for it, and is it to bring back Shino to your party?
Also how does the wedding event work, such as do you have to try each character but make sure not to save and restart to try another or can you bring each person.
As for the Azure Knight fight, looks like it'll be difficult and I thought the Forest of Pain was vol. 2.

OVA? How can it be an OVA, when I saw a video of it, looked like a game seen. OVA is Original Video Animation like Liminality. Means an animation put directly to video. .hack//SIGN episodes 27 and 28, Intermezzo and Unison are examples of OVA.

What the f*ck are you talking about?
They will release an Epilogue OVA in March for those who have completed the games called "Resurrection".
The Mia-like event is the Forest of Pain. It has 100 floors, I believe.
I know what an OVA is, thanks. I'm not stupid.

One of the in game movies shows Shino and Haseo talking in Mac Anu finishes with nearly exactly the same screen as the Epilouge in IMOQ. It even says Secret Epilouge "Ressurection". It's the one after the credits.
I assume that's what Zyxith was reffering too.
I thought that was the Epilouge too...

I didn't say anyone was stupid, I was talking about the Shino and Haseo cut scene that had the same end screen as the Mia dungeon saying "Thank you for completing all episodes" and was called Resurrection. My question was what is that and how does it work. I assume it's to bring Shino back to being in your party just like what the Mia quest was.
As for OVA, this is the first I've heard of anything but it would be nice if they released something. I mean SIGN got two OVA episodes, one being released straight to the final SIGN DVD in Japan [Intermezzo] and the other part of some box set called Integration [Unison] so we might see some bonus episode on one of the ROOTS DVDs, if they aren't all already out in Japan.
But anyway, I was talking about something in game, not an OVA. No ned to get upset Bulletcatcher.

Shino joins your party after you defeat Cubia, the scene you're referring to follows on from this scene and highlights Shino's plan to resurrect the Twilight Brigade in order to hunt down Ovan.
In short, it is the prologue to the epilogue, and is included simplyt to highlight the fact that the story finishes in the OVA that is entitled 'Resurrection'. I'm assuming this will follow the creation of a second Twilight Brigade, the re-discovery of Ovan, and act as a sort of GU form of 'Unison' in which we'll see all the game characters.
The OVA itself was announced prior to the release of Volume 3 and is mentioned in the Volume 3 trailers. It states that those who completed all three games are entitled to the OVA, which was made by the creators of Roots, and will be released in March.
Needless to say, I'm looking forward to seeing Master En in an anime incarnation. ^_^ Not to mention Sakubo, and who knows? We may even see Alkaid due to her startling popularity...

Oh, so there is no optional event, you get the "Final Epilogue" for naturally beating the game?
As for the new OVA, If it's entitled to those that beat all 3 games, it makes me wonder how it's gotten. Either it'll be a stand alone DVD, or maybe something you get with proofs of perchase from all 3 games.
In any case I hope it's placed on the final ROOTS DVD when it's released here. I'm just a little confused as to how people will get it since it's not like they'd make another box set. Not unless they release an Online Jack DVD, which wouldn't make sense.
I will be looking forward to it though. I liked Unison in the fact it wrapped everything up clean and neatly for SIGN and the past Games. Perhaps this'll wrap up ROOTS and G.U.
Maybe it'll also give sight into what happens with everyone, even minor characters. I'd like to know what became of Saburou, Touta and a few other people.
I'd like to also see Ginkan again ^_^
Also, what trailer or what sourse talks about the OVA because I've watched all trailers and didn't really see anything about an OVA.
To get this back on topic though, I also had asked how the wedding event works. Can you try it out with each person or is it one of those events where you have to save your game, try one person and restart to try everyone else. Some events you can only do once so was curious.

I believe you send away for one with a code constructed using the three games, so it'll probably be on a DVD...
Just to clarify, the final epilogue is the OVA.
