You mean the random 10 sec. part where they are laughing at the end? If I missed something, please post a quick synopsis of what happens here. It would be very much appreciated.

It turns out Rena had a program in her character put in when Aura ressurected her, that when used with the Bracelet, reboots The World and solves all the problems for a nice happy ending.

Where'd you hear that?
(*Cries at knowing a .hack series would have such a happy-go-lucky ending)

did it even affect the main plot? The whole (for the most part) idea of .hack is a game with weird hings and coma and a a bracelet and the world and aura and harlad and one giant mystery!

LoTTB didn't really affect the whole story too much... It was like an insert thing.

Actually, I heard that the anime was non-canon and that the manga was what carried on the series. The manga ends much in the same hunky-dory fashion (if I'm remembering right, that is), so it's not much better, but it's better than what amounts to, "A wizard did it."

i find it all confusing! the only violent part in it was the Balmung vs. Azure kite at the back. what was the pint of ueden anyway?

.hack was never about violence. If that's what you're watching it for, you'll be severely dissapointed.

Udeden was an important part of the series, and more vital than most people realize. Maybe not on the level of Sign or the games, but more so than most of the books. It was a look into Aura's psyche, for one thing, which a lot of fans have been waiting eagerly for. It was also a typical scenario in Aura's activities, and how exactly she brings Light to Za Warudo as Kite predicted, the aftermath that affirms that all the bullcrap to save Aura was actually WORTH it.

Aura seems like a person who likes drama.
She could use that program herself instead of going to such elaborate measures,but then it woulnd't make a good series.
Then again,it's possible that the program needed two minds,or an emotional bond between the braclet holder and the program's host,which Aura couldn't have with herself.... ...I assume....

It's probably something dumb like the complete file can't fit in a single PC.

yeah. I did that cause I was hating the the ending suck. Then I remember some of the other anime so I fast foward adn saw the ending.
