Unknown for now, however Ovan might have started a rebellion in The World, or something, which soon got his name famous to even the Real World, which has something to do with CC Corp maybe revealed the truth that CC Corp has been trying to hide, or the dangers of coma, however all that can be said, is to sit and wait for the final installment of Online Jack.

mabye it is just another plan to make haseo stronger.....wait,if people knew the world was in danger,then the original dothackers might show,even helba,then mabye they helped with the Xth form,which might also be why natsume comes help.

I think Natsume joins in Vol. 2...at that point the problem is still not that big.
And who knows, the real .hackers could give you an aid or comment about something that's happening (by 'real .hackers', i'm referring to Kite, Balmung, Orca, Blackrose, Wiseman, Helba and possibly Kazu and Mistral)

but if the originals did step in,then that would be how they get not only cubia's name,but the name of the azure knights,as I'm assuming they arn't told them by the 3 gruntatiers.

The Vol.3 trailer says there gonna be 22 new people to fight with you, yet the trailer shows most of the old people you already had from the first 2. So if you take out the poeple you already got from the list shown in the trailer, how many new characters arent shown?

I dont think the big .hackers will log in The World, even if they want to help. If they do step in the problem, they'll probably do stuff like calming down the rebellion or giving you some clues about the problem, maybe even telling you about Aura

what i mean is,they will probably supply information,like cubias name,info on the twilight incedint,and the names of the azure knights,who up to this point cannot talk,and thus cannot tell you there names,and mabye they will send natsume along because she knows what heppend before,and could give info as they go.

I have a suspicion that moon trees guild master(forgot his name) is a original dot hacker. Because in vol.1 when you defeat endrance he says "I guess he really did love "her"" like he knew who endrance was talking about. And also, come on people you know it has to be Elk. Elk was the perfect person to inherit the Epitaph macha being that Mia only liked/loved elk. That and his look resembles Elk so why would they lead you on to think its elk then change it?

but I will always support it,even if they don't say in vol 3(you might have to even find out via e-mail,apart from the main story,or mabye he'll recognize piros....or something...did piros and elk ever officially meet....)

I hope that in Vol. 3 you get to know the background story and real name of the characters. That way, we'll completely be sure if Endrance is Elk, Kuhn is Sieg, and Zelkova is a The World R:1 member/.hacker

Back to the .hackers topic, if Natsume joing to you in Vol. 3, and she really talks to you about the current network crisis...then i can agree with you with her being the help from all the .hackers (she'd join and give information, as well she could keep contact with the .hackers and help you alot)
But she as well could be just a random character you get that has no idea of what's going on. Sure, she was a .hacker...but so was Piros

Exactly, and as for Natsume, she might have heard what was going on and decided to check it out herself. Then she comes across Piros the 3rd and he lets her in on the situation. that or Natsume is a CCcorp person. Argh, every time i remember Piros's theme I keep thinking what if they made a show about him like "Lupin the 3rd"

Also I dont see how Kuhn would be Sieg. I mean i know each person has some relationship with previous dot hackers(like in LotB manga they knew Blackrose and her brother irl) but how did anyone come up with Kuhn is sieg? I think I read somewhere that Kuhn was the green haired bordeaux in Roots.

Bah, for all we know Piros actually thought the whole final battle was an event, like how Mistral initially thought what Kite told her about Skeith and Cubia and Aura was his RPing story.

Maybe Mistrals baby is one of the characters, its been 7 years since the original dot hackers, hed/shed be 6 and could be playing The World

but yah,piros is spacy and overdramatic,and dosn't pay attention to anyone or anything that he dosn't care about,and sometimes even what he does he overshadows with his huge bold speches,which I like to quote and create here and there.
