Also, I appear to have a problem locating a PC required for Bikemans Quest, in some post I read that Menou can be seen in Lumina Cloth while other posts and according to Mr. Zero's Faq, She can be seen in Mac Anu. Can anyone confirm this? Thanks A Lot in advance! Meow!

But all i can tell you is keep looking. Just log in, check, log out, log in again, check again...
Its the only way to find people that appear in Root Towns (and warping to their Guilds @Home...but i dont think Menou's in any guild, then again i dont remember her xD)

I find it slightly funny that I randomly ran into this girl, Menou. I logged in to go to the battle arena in Lumina Cloth server and she was just walking away from the Chaos Gate.
And she said this to me:
"I'm Menou...hack, hack."
"Hack...I may not look it, but I'm a member of the ranker guild Gen.
Hack...Maybe it's just me, but doesn't it feel like the air is really bad here."
"Hack...
I think the medicine has helped a lot..."
"Hack...
Even someone like me can go nuts as long as it's in an online game... :]"
She has 15 Healing Serums, 15 Sprite Drops, 36 Smoke Screens, 50 Return Feathers, and 1 Dawn Bird Scroll up for trade.
She's wearing red and black and has a slightly funny looking hat with a black triangle on it. She has black pants and white socks with black straps around them.
If that isn't enough information to jog your memory, TheSorrow, I give up. d:

I've found her a couple of times, but only in Lumina Cloth. I dont think i've ever seen her in Mac Anu or standing pointlessly in a Plataform waiting for any idiot interested in cupouns '>.>

TJ or JT was my nemesis for that darn quest! But yeah, I've seen Menou in both areas.
