Why the hell would she be back? She's left and the whole point of GU is to find a replacement for her. If she could simply waltz on back then the RA Plan would've never happened and we wouldn't have GU. Bringing back Aura makes the entire .hack conglomerate pointless.

Aina would be an awesome replacement for Aura, even if she cant do everything Aura could. Plus her atire would allow her to blend in w/ normal players in the game. Aura is gone. Maybe we'll see a data fragment of Aura, but I think we should turn to our new goddess Eina/Aina (still dont know which is the right spelling)

well, anyway. while I'm sensing that at this point Aura will have little to no effect on the plot anyway, making it unlikely for her to make an appearance, I wouldn't put it past CC2 to have her show up at the last miunte of the ending (hiding in the shadows, watching; doing something else of little importance) or maybe even make a quick appearance in one of the postgame sidequests.

after all, kite is in the GU games, but he's ended up as more of an extra than a major player in the story. why not aura as well?

She hijacked some girl’s brain that lived in Hawaii and is now spending her days lying on the beach and watching Zeffie, who also hijacked someone’s brain, play games on the beach. She’s even started seeing someone.

Actually. Even though that was a joke, that makes me wonder.

Aura, the "Ultimate AI," obviously left The World... But I wonder if she somehow fled to the real world and became a "real being," a true embodiment of Harald's love for Emma...

Even if she didn't retain a human form, I still wonder if she became a part of the physical world in some way.

That would be sweet if Harald's "dream" became a reality like that...

But that would also defeat Eina's purpose. Why would she have to replace Aura if the sole intention for Aura was to become a part of reality?

And eliminating the concept of The World wavering between reality and false existence, being a true domain in-between and consisting of both of those boundaries, would also be destroyed if that were true for Aura.

Damn it. I hate when I think something's cool and then I realize it's stupid.

Speaking of Harald. What the hell did he do to him self did he do what Dr. Gero did in DBZ except he digitalized him self in to The World to stop his ageing or to life forever or something?

I doubt Aura too over someone's body. Aside from being highly unethical, it's probably not even possible.

However, Zefie did say Aura integrated into the world. (note the lowercase, which means she's not referring to the MMO Aura was born in.) And that Aura returned to Null, which makes me thing Aura disintegrated herself and somehow melded into the rest of the universe or something.

Close, but not entirely correct. Although he did make an AI of himself, he did that by inserting a "Fragment of his mind" into Za Warudo. And the intent was to speak to Morganna and convince her to not bork up Harald's plans and everything. Secondly, there's really only one Harald AI, but it keeps dying and piecing itself back together over and over and over, each time in a different shape with even less of a mind. Harald's AI becomes even more Broken every time he's killed.

people are still clinging to Aura...she was the result of the first game and people grew to chasing her around on little whims of rumors.people would love for her to still be there...but she isnt....you guys gotta get used to Aina....cuz shes so cute and little and she reads alot....and she did the shino look around and tawk thing...BETTER THEN SHINO!!!!
