I have all these recently games (in english versions, of course), i´ve played all of these. but i would like to know your opinion. What battle system do you prefer??? Or what are the better features in each of these three??

maaan the only one ive played is GU!!!!! i need more money!!!! well, i WANT more money. im actually pretty content as it is.

Haven't played Xenosaga, but I don't care for the XII battle system. So I guess the only choice would be //G.U.'s IMO. Though KH's was really nice, bar the Triangle raping.

oops, i forgot KH2, but it was released long time ago and i didn´t played it. (my brothers did it for me). FFXII battle system is too slow and xenosaga is fine (specially E.S. battles), but i´m sticking with GU

Hmm... The games listed are all pretty boring, but G.U tops them all. So it gets my vote.

I haven't touched my copy of GU and I should probably get around to playing XenoSaga... So I voted for FFXII Because I really liked it.

Honestly, the FFXII battle system, with the gambits and everything, allows for a lot more strategy than G.U.'s. I love you .hack, but I gotta be able to admit when something better comes along.

Now, to get ready to be flamed upon by all the G.U. fans.

I kind of like the final fantasy one, but G.U. is way better since you actually move with your analog stick and not sit there pressing attack names.

But, if anyone's played Legend of Legaia, you might like that battle system too. It's similar to final fantasy, but you choose which fist and which leg to attack with, and mix those up into something like "left-right-down(downward kick), high(high kick)" and if you mix them up a certain way, you can do a special attack, like "high-low-high" for a somersault.

Nope. Only played the older ones.

I prefer .hack//G.U. battle engine it is really easy and fun but it kinda reminds me of Quest 64. XD

You say battle system. In that regard I'll shamelessly say that G.U. beats XII, but as for the overall gameplay, I've fallen madly in love with the License Board. I like my customizing.

Indeed, thats the one of the things I didn't really like about .hack: The classes seem to be a bit to ridged. (With the exception of the Adept and the fan users...)

XII, hands down. Although you can over-level enemies fairly easily, and Quickenings turn the early boss fights into cake-walks, the ADB system is spectacular, and screen transitions are going to be hard to go back to. I just can't get sick of fighting in an RPG, for once. And that's rare.

I like G.U's battle system. It kind of reminded me of Kingdom Hearts. Xenosaga has an okay battle system too.
