Could someone post Elks best weapons and armour and were I can get them at and what I have to kill that would be Koolio thnx!

Being a level 98 armor, I'd say any world with a similar level. I haven't found a monster or data bug from which you can drain it, either. Stuff found in chests is just random, but (in my experience) tends to happen more in battle chests than those just found lying around. I suppose you might be able to get it by tossing some other high-level light leg armor into a high-level Spring, but that's just a guess. (I don't generally use Springs, so I'm not sure.)

Can't help you with the "best" weapon; right now I have him with Caduceus Rod, but Silent Bomber may be more effective, or there may be other rare ones as well. (It certainly looks better for everything but Magic Accuracy, which probably doesn't matter much by this point, if you can keep it at 99 with other equipment.) I think I gave the other "best" ones to Helba, before realizing that you have to take Elk on the final mission.

I always thought Sublimer was Kites best weapon. I compared the two and overall it looks like Sublimer is better.

the only thing thats really bad about it is its accuracy but it has the most attack

It only beats the Sublimers physical attack by 1. That is almost nothing. Overall the Sublimer is the best Twin-Blade weapon.
