What kind of gamer are you?and why?

I for example play everything except Mac.
Add like:

2+ consoles
1 Console & Pc
2+ consoles & Pc

Or such.

PS2, PC, and Dreamcast.

Lately, I haven't been playing much games. Especially on my computer. Played a bit of my ps2 and dreamcast in the past month.

yeah, i figured for people in that situation that they would post their current favourite/most played gaming medium. I mean, i voted PC but i also play PS and nintendo, just not as much anymore. One thing i should've added was handhelds, but they can fit into the PS/nintendo categories.

I'm a Nintendo/Playstation. Though I only have RPG's for the PS2 and for the nintendo platformers.

im nintendo all the way. I tried being multi but all I got was a waste of money as well games that werent as hyped as they were made to be. Not only that but sony is making some terrible moves.

So im nintendo. They always have good games, econimcally, innovativly, and edifing. Plus they dont bs their audience (cept the 3rd pt companies)

of course some people have macs! (when did i say otherwise?) everybody makes mistakes.. but i can see your a mac addict *looks at avatar* so there's no reasoning with you. IMO macs are for people who are hypnotised by the white casing and flashy-ness and it's not macs vs. windows, it's macs vs. PCs; i'm not waving any flags for windows..

Also, for gaming, you can't beat a PC with a mac..

And 1000x better? Well, I guess it is for some people. Burn.
Everyone I know runs Windows XP Pro on their mac anyways... the whole Mac thing is dieing, it's made by Intel and OSX is actually rooted from Unix.

I'm a PC gamer, modder, retailer... assembler... torture tester...
I'm only playing on a console when my PC is occupied, or I have a cool new game for one on my consoles, the most recent console game I bought was Dead Rising, good fun.

I have the XBox 360, NGC, PS2, PS1, N64, NES, SNES... I'll proably get a Wiiiiiii... and mabe a PS3...

AND MACS SUCK AT GAMES! Why the hell would you buy a $2000 computer with a $100 video card?

This is my view of the 3 largest OSes:
Linux: Simple, Stable, Secure.
OSX: Simple... uhh... very much so, Stable, and not as secure as you may think
Windows: OMFGJUGGERNAUGHTWITHTIGHTGRAPHICS, As stable as you make it, As secure as you make it.

I'm very sided with Nintendo, I've loved their hardware, innovation, and idealism.

Also, elk4... why do you have a refferal link in your sig? I thought you're not allowed to... oh wait, that's a rule on another forum.

Mac....gamer...? ROFL!!!

Anyways, I'm mosty a PC gamer, but I also play PlayStation and XBOX. It's possible I might get back into Nintendo depending on how the Wii turns out. So far, they haven't really released anything that's impressed me since the N64. Of course, that could change come November.

PC = Best gaming system overall
PS = Best single-player console
XB = Best multi-player console
Nin = Good "party" and family console (Depending on what you're playing)

That's how I rank them anyways. I miss the good ole days when I would play Goldeneye with my friends or Sonic on my Sega Genesis...

I am a PS2, Xbox and PC gamer.

like Karma, i play Playstation !!
i play RPGs, and only Playstation has the best RPGs
the RPGs in PC are boring and not cute at all...

Nintendo, PC and PS2 at the moment.

I play with my PC mostly because of Myst games, (haven't really tried anything else expect those and little Fable with it).

And for PS2 I mostly by a game if there is good gameplay for it and a good story.

For Nintendo I go mostly because of gaming and, of course, for good story if there is one.

Yes..all the good games, gamecube has more..multiplayer things.

Xbox..er..Live? and ..Halo? XD Halo is the only game running for Xbox so yah..

PC games are always fun but..LAGGGGGGGG

oh, and my fav. game....is exclusive for the Playstation.

but other console / PC gamers can still play the game, but they can't play the original version

the only mac game i play is diablo 1 and two and i love both of them plus the oonly reason PC has more games is because it came out first as far as i see it............anywho i more of a consle gamer but i do play mac at my house and play PC at my grandparents hous so.......yah i like mac all hail the ipod ^^
