It is too stupid...
Whenever Shugo gets hurt, his tooth falls out... so lame... so old cheesy cartoon-like. Who agrees?

It happens at least a few times in the manga. There's even a few pages in the Rena Special where Mireille uses one of her weirder rare items (a dentist's set) to do something about it.

Yes, it is. As far as I know, nobody has even shown raws of it.

It's really cheesy, and I don't like it much, but it doesn't hurt the anime or anything.
