Bandai announced at Anime Expo that they have acquired and will be releasing Karakuri Kiden Hiwou Senki, the 3 Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam: A New Translation movies and .hack//Roots.
I guess this is good news for many who have been waiting for .hack//ROOTS to show up on normal TV, or at least DVDs. I know where my money will be going to soon. I think I'm going to need a job soon.
That's good news for everyone in the US and importers of R1 anime. I'm still waiting on the release of .hack//LotT here in the UK, has been delayed till next week or November
I don't think there has been a channel announced, but at Anime Expo ANN has it that Bandai pushing for the series to be on TV at the end of 2006 and on DVD in 2007. Most likely it will air a lot like the other anime, same channel and probably around the same time.
ill probably skip watching Roots on TV and just buy the DVDs when they come out, after all, im probably gonna buy them anyways, and secondly the eps are probably gonna show like once a week and i kinda hate waiting, and i also hate how commercials show up right when things get interesting >.<
but cant wait to actually watch Roots since ive only seen the first ep >.>

Seriously, we only just got Fullmetal Alchemist a few months back. It's like I'm caught in a time warp.

That's the one. There's Teletoon as well, but they prefer to air Canadian-made animation.
