does anyone know where i can find easy virus cores D and F in mutation?

Refer this FAQ on the main site, and scoll to whichever field you like and any monsters that have "monstername-X", x represents what virus cores they may drop.
The Dalaigon enemies in this area are a good source of Virus Core F's if you need any.
