I don't think there is a Kite figure in Cubia's core. I watched all of the cutscenes that show clear view of his core, didn't see a thing. I think someone must of thought they saw something from all the blogs the cover it.

So you are saying there isn't Kite figure in Cubia's Core?
I saw it myself very clearly and when I first time played the game I was wondering that "why is Kite's figure there?"

I never noticed it. But if two people have noticed it, it's something worth looking into.

Wait, I think I was looking at the wrong core. I looked at the core we attack in the boss, there does seem to be something inside. But it doesn't look like Kite.

I don't know, but it's not Kite. Looks more like a grunty to me.

So you are really saying you haven't seen Kite's figurine in the game?
It definetly isn't in that picture but Kite's figurine is in the game in Cubia's Core...

I'm not all sure now. I only been looking at the core that beats like a heart, not the core you attack. But for now I haven't seen anything.

I can confirm that both the presence of a shadowy figure in the Cubia Core and its resemblance to Kite are canon, and mentioned in volume 4 of Another Birth during the next-to-last encounter with Cubia.

 I have seen the Kite shadow in the Cubia core. It's really only noticable in Quarantine, when you fight Cubia for the final time. I really wish I had a screenshot now

I just rented quarantine, and I saw the shadow of someone in Cubia, so it's probably in there if 3 people have seen.

It can actually be seen when you fight with Cubia for the first time...

Yes, I've seen Kite's "shadow" in the core. My brother always points it out. And there has been a theory that Tri-Edge is Kite's "shadow." So... maybe that has something to do with it. Maybe all along Tri-Edge was there and Kite was just really fighting himself, not Cubia. Or maybe Cubia is Tri-Edge in a different form but yet has a shadow of himself in a core. Agh!!! I feel like my head is going to explode. Too many theories!!!

You probably just started another cubia/tri-edge mess.

The shadow is there. Don't say it isn't there until you've actually gone back and checked. Do not trust what you remember. If you saw you'd remember if you don't then you didn't notice it. I went back and checked. Makes me wonder what else I may have missed in the scenary or otherwise.

is does look a little like Kite...

I increased the size of that card image and marked him with that black line. It looks a lot like him in a curled up position.
