What all characters do you get from //Sign?

Tsukasa Mimiru Bear Subaru Sora thats the only one's i've heard, IS THAT ALL!?

You don't GET Mimiru and Bear. They just start wandering around as NPCs. As do Crim and A-20.

Once you finished off the final phase (Corbenik), you will have four more member addresses added to your list:Tsukasa, Subaru, Sora, and Helba. Zak is correct in that Mimiru, Bear, Crim, and A-20 are NPC's roaming the root towns, as any player characters would. But for some reason, BT fails to make an appearance. Dont know why, but thats how it is.

Well that sucks I was wanting Mimiru and Crim, And Im not to familier with A-20

A-20 was the girl that Mimiru helped through a dungeon in one of the early .hack//sign episodes...I want to say episode seven. Her entire class got started playing the game and that's where her name comes from. Before A-20 is A-1 through A-19.

BTW, BT does show up but I don't think she wanders around OR joins the party...

Yea it shows a scene with sora killing her.

I don't think he means she doesn't show up at all. What you see in HFHG is only a memory fragment. What he means is a player in the Root Towns.
As well, BT shows up a few other times in the HFHG Memory Fragments.

When does BT show in a root town and for that matter when do any of em show, After the games?

BT only "shows up" in Root Towns during the phantom sign characters event. Same with Ginkan (Silver Knight), he's only there, he doesn't walk around and trade nor does he join you.
