when Rena finally notices that Shugo is on the stage at the tanabata event the little hexagon thingy "Shugo is emotionally damaged!" or he 4-Koma Omake showing the CCC office building IRL, where it's shot of an ordinary hallway and all of a sudden, "HERE COMES BALMUNG OF AZURE SKY!!" or the preview of Rei Izumi's other Manga, "There's laughter!There's tears! There's a mustache!" as well as her Manga-fied record of her trip to CC2

After the Tanabata event, Mireille and Ouka were saying "Fish Cakes! Fish Cakes!" and they had the shark over their heads

"For me,the summer is over" from the german "Für mich ist der Sommer vorbei" translated somewhat free,could be that your Text is another...
