It's never really clear what Bear is. We do know he's somewhat of a scholar, and I think I've heard it speculated that he may be an author of some kind. To be honest, I'm not really sure what it is...

Bear is an author. He wrote that book called Annwnn that Crim talks about. That is why he goes "o_o!!!" when Crim brings it up.

True, though Im not entirly sure thats the job Bear has. Anyone can write a book and publish it. BTW the title of the novel bear made is named" The Anwynn Side Story".

It's confirmed that Bear writes for a living.

I would apreciate if you would prove it to me.

.hack//analysis, for one, puts two entire paragraphs into confirming Bear's occupation. Not to mention that we see unpublished novels around Bear's computer AND, BT successfully guesses his profession at the Cathedral.

If you mean Liminality, the OVA's are accompanyments of the PS2 games. D:

What aobut it...? GIFT was a special for Japanese players who sent in the feedback cards in the PS2 games. It's not really a SIGN OVA. It's like a parody thing with the characters from SIGN and the games. For US players, it's on disk 4 of Liminality.

Well,I just saw the one where they all meet again. It was all the game characters and the SIGN charcters, and omg was it ridiculous.I have no idea how much acid bandai was on when they made that,I though i was gonna break my mouse about what balmung said watching the party.

Just so you know, Bandai had no part in the script, animations, nor how the series was assembled. All Bandai did was put the money on the table for them (CyberConnect2 and Project .hack) to get their series made, published, and distrubted across the globe.

before I go and spend $115-$150 on this, I'd like to ask, the .hack//SIGN special edition box set, the hexagonal-shaped one, with the bonus pins, does it contain the .hack//INTERMEZZO, UNISON and the other bonus eps/ova's? I just want to confirm it before I spend that much money.

It contains them all except //Unison. You can only get that from the Special Edition of Terminus. Also, //GIFT isn't included in case you may have thought it was.

yeah, I already knew that, so, I'd have to buy Terminus special edition as well?

that's gonna take me forever to find...
