Opening Theme:
"Silly-Go-Round" by Fiction Junction YUUKA

Fiction Junction YUUKA is one of Kajiura Yuki's bands with vocals by Nanri Yuuka.
This was announced earlier in February.

Ending Theme:
"Boukoku Kakusei Catharsis" (National Awakening Catharsis) by Ali Project

Thoughts:
Fiction Junction YUUKA... is so-so... their GS/GSD songs were oky. <_< Althgouh they were Cagalli image songs so... >_>

Ali Project... weird. I don't like their Rozen Maiden stuff personally. D:

Silly Go Round gives me flashbacks of the Paranoia Agent OP. Crazy upbeat carribean music with marakas and drums.

From what I've read, Yuki Kajiura chose the theme of a carnival or theme park for 'Silly-Go-Round'.

So I'm imagining creepy, distorted merry-go-round music with that sort of techno theme common in .hack music.

I'm sure that whatever it sounds like, it will be a masterpiece, I'm unaware of any of Yuki Kajiura's compositions that I haven't loved.

We should still give it a chance. I mean most of the music to .Hack//DUSK was decent. I liked the intro and ending theme but it seems that the other music wasn't very good.

No worries. I can't wait to see it though as well as .hack//G.U. but at the moment I'm waiting for Another Rebirth to come out in June.

I wish they had a sample. I really want to hear Silly-go-round. It might be just as good as "Obsession".

Maybe. Though I really like the song that came out in the trailer of the game. The piano song. It was really good, then again Id doubt that would be the song.

Yeah the trailer is really good but the animation and frame rate makes it impossible to see sometimes. I wish the music was stuck in my head but it isn't and that stinks. Your thoughts?

what i would love is for the song at HFHG when haseo get's owned to be in there somewhere....

i'll buy the OST and listen to one of the best piece's of music ever.

but this silly go round should prove to be interesting, because i reckon that the anime itslef will be like FMA in as much as, it's usually serious but it has alot lighter moment's to relieve some pent up seriousness.

Well I am quite looking forward to the music of .hack//Roots. I just hope it is at the same quality level of the previous .hack//SIGN soundtrack. So I will be looking forward to hearing the Silly-Go-Round, Boukoku Kakusei Catharsis, and many more tracks when they come out.
