after the real tsukasa wakes up

after the real tsukasa wakes up from her coma
she leaves the hospital and meets a girl in a wheelchair
earlier in the series you see subaru run to tsukasa in the game, then jump to the real world to see a girl in a wheelchair crying and holding her computer
would the girl at the computer and the girl the real tsukasa meets be the same person(or subaru in The World)???

you could even tell because they looked so much alike!
heck, even the sign on subaru's(in game) head is similar to that of a wheel chair!

While we're on it...what is the hot violin music that pllays during that amazing scene? It sounds like something from Place Promised...but it's sooo not....anyone know?

If I remember correctly, "A bit of happiness" is played with piano and harmonica. Norb was talking about the violin song. If he meant the last song that played in the last episode in the last scene, then it would have to be Granpa's Violin.
