.hack Game trivia

Let's play a little game shall we.
I think this is the right forum for this... but I'm planning to have questions that cover all four games, so some questions may contain spoilers if you haven't beaten Quarantine and plan to.
But anyway, it's like this. I'll start with a question, whoever gets it gets to ask another one, and so forth. The questions will be easy, medium, or hard, with 1, 2, or 3 points respectively.
I'm actually going to start with a medium-ish one. Hopefully it isn't too hard...
Nearly all weapons have 0 mind/body resistance, considering that's mainly the armor's job. Helba's staff, the 8 Wise Men, is an obvious exception since it has everything maxed. What are the only two other exceptions?

this is actually kinda interesting...
if going by the rule of first in ask's question, here's a three part-er which is fairly easy
in outbreak, you get told a location of a charicter who has been seen around but not that often in recent month's.
1who is this charicter?(easiest)
2what is the area(exact word's and root town)?
3what level is the area?

it's in the third game which is almost contradictory of the sort of player this person is.

i'm not sure as to the specific time when you first find out but it is early in outbreak.

1. Orca.
2. Sigma, Chatting Snaring Twins.
3. 50 or 51? I know it's different from when you fight Gorre, but the monsters that appear there the first time are among the lowest level monsters that are Outbreak level. Seeing as around those numbers is the minimum for an area with monsters carrying Virus Cores G/H/I, that's my guess. If I have to go with one, I'll go with... 51, since the last place in Mutation is level 50. So 51.
As for hints, theyre welcome, but try not to give too many. But I didn't use them at all for this guess.

BINGO!
at the start of outbreak, on the BBS, at the bottom, there is a thread entitled phantom player(or something like that), and there are three thing's in it.
1st person say's they saw some weird wand somewhere
2nd person say's yeah they saw it but looked more like a PKer they knew
3rd person say's yeah wasn't he a twinblader who was a legendary PKer.
one of them give out the area code and bingo!
and BTW it was sora, the first guy said they saw the wand,the second guy say's they saw the wand and sora
I can't believe you guy's forgot that!

heck it was my favorite part of the whole series thus far!
just reading the 2nd message got my heart pounding, i was like 'twinblader... kite's a twinblader, there aren't any....OH MY GOD'
