Question on Sora

I don't own a PS2 (or even a PS1!) and have no plans on getting one any time soon, which means I'll probably never play the games (unless they come out on the PC

) but I have to know: what happens to Sora after the end of //sign? How does he get better?

Well I would imagine that he gets better the same way Orca and the rest would I know that in Part 4

He joins the part after you beat it

You do see him in //OUTBREAK if you go to a certain dungeon, and I would assume that he will recover sometime in //QUARANTINE.

Well I know that he gets Data Drained by Skeith in the end of .hack//SIGN and in .hack//OUTBREAK

i have not played because i dont have it so i donno but i think in the part 4 that he will become a different person and come to his sences. So there lol.

Woo! My first spoiler tag! I don't know which bits count as spoilers and which don't, so I'll just spoilerise the entire post

He appears in Unison - initially, he still seems to be up to his old player-killing ways, but BT says to Mimiru that "I understand if you unable to accept that Sora became a good person." But basically, he seems to be better in Unison, so I was wondering what happened in between.

But anyway, Skeith, you can't say anything - you ate him

He was a kid in sign and well still is but he is older.

He got Data Drained because he annoyed Morganna one too many times - shouldn't have double-crossed her, eh? Plus, she needed a volunteer to empower Skieth, and Sora was the nearest available warm body.

As for images of him getting Data Drained, enjoy (it's a zip file with five images in it - about 100 kB. Although why you want them so badly, I haven't the slighest clue)

he didnt get dd'd although it did resemble one.he actually got
imprisoned in skieths staff and skieth kinda housed his soul in sora thus making sora evil.Just cheak this out.

Sora doesn't get data drained by skeith in Outbreak

Ok, big spoilers ahead.

When Sora was datadrained by Morganna, he didn't turn into Skeith as some people think, but into Skeith's staff, the Twilight Crucifix. Since Skeith was created to gathe informatin on how humans react to death, it was only fitting that his weapon was a PK.

In .hack//Outbreak, you find Skeith's staff in a dungeon. The reason his staff wasn't destroyed was because it wasn't the Phase's original data. Whether Sora is released from a comatose after you free him from Skeith's staff is still a mystery, but we know for a fact that his avatar wasn't destroyed because he shows up in Unison.

In the end of Quarantine, you get Sora's Member address, but the reason his text is messed up is because he's an AI, not the real person.

Tsukasa and Subaru log out, and meet in the Real World. Sora remains in a coma

This is a rumor but when Sora recovers from comatos, they say he finds the remains of Skieth, he fights Skieth for datadraining him of guard, and Sora wins.Its only a rumor

this has been some really interesting information to me, i always
though that skeith DID DD sora, the way it looked i mean, the whole
thing with skeith's staff appearing behind sora, it looked a lot like
when skeith dds in the game...

btw as for that rumor, it would be cool if it was true, sora
deserves some retribution, for that lol (just a matter of opinion)
