is it just me or does she suck.. when i put them to Magic, elk casts like 3 spells in the time she casts 1 or 2 at most..
same goes for healing..

I dont have any problems with Mistral or Elk. Though i perfer Elk, Mistral holds up her ends.

well not really...I'm not sure...that's the way they are *shrugs* although I like Mistral better because she's stronger...until she leaves... so now I like Elk but now that Tsukasa's here...I like Tsukasa!!!! even though he...erm...she...is rude...-ish...

 when does mistral leave? and when do you get tsukasa!!!

elk even heals you when you dont ask him too sometimes

 she leaves near the beginning of //OUTBREAK because she's a housewife and is pregnant (with Mireille >.<)


you get Tsukasa when you beat //QUARANTINE

really? when's that? he's never done that for me

lol...that happens a lot to me...but most of the time when I'm in Dun Lorieag and I tell everyone to gather...they get stuck on the bridge

 Well there's an item completion event...where you have to collect all the items @_@ and also if you want to get everyone to level 99...and if you want to complete the Ryu books...and for other reasons...you also get Subaru, Helba, and Sora...

Mistral actually works better for me than Elk does. But both of them kinda just stand there when I need 'em. So I have to command them to use skills over and over again.

you have to switch the whole battle thing to skills or magic so they'll do something...or put them on first aid! that's the only way they'd move...sadly I only figured that out a while after I started playing //INFECTION so Mistral just stood there doing nothing...

yes...that's how they are ^-^ then I have to sit there for the longest time ever waiting for his SP to return...or waste all my Mage's Souls...*sigh*

It all depends on their Affection Rate. You probably haven't done a whole lot for Mistral, so she doesn't like you. The more you use a character, and the more free stuff you give a character, the more they like you. The more they like you, the faster they heal you, the more skills they use, and the more they actually listen to your commands in general.

 Why use Tsukasa, Helba, Sora, and Subaru after the game? Firstly, it's just fun running around with Sora and Helba killing stuff. Secondly, every last single one of Helba's stats are maxed out (she is a hacker after all). And thirdly, even after you beat it there is still an extra stuff to do at the end like you get to meet Maha, briefly, and get a whole ton of cool stuff. Oh and you get to play with Orca, who severely stincks by the time you beat the game.

ya i dont like mistral, her affection is only like 50... elk's is 500..

elk still pwns mistral

actualy i think elk sux cuz mistral tends to live longer and be a little more useful....but thats my opinion

It may be just me, but I think Minstrel has higher defense, Elk higher attack. Elk dies way too quickly, but he is much better healer - plus, he is just too cute to not invite! ^_^

true...Mistral has more defense...or maybe higher HP...but how can you resist inviting Elk?

i think that mistral is good but i dont like her voice its too high
