Hey y'all..I was running around Fort Ouph, and I saw Mimiru! I talked to her about A-20...weeeeeird. Shes just like....an NPC just running around. Bizarre, ne? Has anyone else seen her?

Yeah...some sign charas show up running in the root towns in Quarantine and you can trade with them.
Beside Mimiru you can also find Bear, A-20 and Crim.

yup! I was running around Carmina Gadelica when I spotted somebody pink...I went to check it out and it was A-20! she kept talking about golden grunties though --...I've also seen Mimiru, Bear, and Crim...that's about it for the //SIGN characters (I think!) but you also get to see  kazu and seig after you beat the game...I find Kazu strange...but then again it's all part of the game. I saw Kazu roaming around once so I invited Black Rose to my party...I talked to Kazu and he told me not to tell Black Rose that he's logged on...when Black Rose was standing right in front of him!!! *sigh*

But why is it, that BT is no where to be found, i mean after you beat the game? Mimiru, Bear, and A-20 do, so why not her? Im not that big of a fan of her, but its just curiosity.

I was wondering about that too...and Silver Knight never shows up -_- I mean...BT is more of a major character than A-20...and I also wanted to see what Mai looks like...

But in SIGN,  doesn't BT finally conclude that she doesn't need The World anymore, and that it has really helped her grow, and now she's beyond it.

Well...
 Maybe she did, but she's still in Unison (With Bear), and Gift... you can see her in LOTT's Manga... I think she still stays on for a while.

in //SIGN didn't BT say  she wanted to be BT for a little while longer? (...I just don't know how long that "longer" was -_-)

Yes, but

 It was because she was thinking of quitting that day, after being all depressed and everything happening, she wanted to, but then after getting to talk with Tsukasa and getting rid of the note she received she felt like she wanted to continue rather than quite. :3

You can see her in Gift and Unison though. :3 Maybe she didn't play during the games, just like the others may not have. I'd think she would have even though what you mentioned is right.

I wuved //GIFT ^-^ //UNISON was okay -_- kind of freaky when they were all dancing...

Mimiru and them played during the games...well...after you beat //QUARANTINE (I think...it's been a while since I beat //QUARANTINE)

You also encounter Mimiru and a post by Bear

Whoa you get to talk to Crim and Bear and trade with em in Quarantine? Hey I gotta reason to play the game again now, heh. As for BT not being there I find that a little bit awkward.

As for Silver Knight...must be working long hours at that video store!
