I think the purpose is really to not let you know exactly what was said, but, if we want to speculate, we can say they were saying how she was so small that she couldn't hop onto the bike properly and couldn't balance herself.
You know kids, they tend to be pretty cruel with little things such as these among themselves.

You know I think the reason why Maha is unable to vocally communicate is because she is missing certain data. She can still communicate with Tsukasa because like Maha; his existance in the game is only data.

maybe she has a special abilyty like telphaty

Maha does not speak, but she can communicate with whoever she wants to. The exact mechanism is never explained, but I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if it were as simple as text chat.

I think the purpose of that flashback was to show why Tsukasa had another reason not to return to the real world...but I'm not exactly sure...

I think the way Macha talks is cool ^^ you just have to make up what Macha is saying...

I never thought of it that way either...I thought it was to show another reason why Tsukasa would prefer not to return to the real world...

I like to think of it as... "guessing what Maha says." That way you can think of her as naughty or really dumb, etc. ^_^
