i think the weirdest and kreeapiest moment was in episode "party" at the beginning when  aura and tsukasa were running then aura stabbed him and when she showed her face it was subaru's i think whoever wanted that scene is demented from his early childhood

That was really kreepy.

I thought it was a little weird when there were hands holding onto Harlod clasping him down to the chair.

To me the creepiest was probably when that band of LongArm girls decided to attack Tsukasa and the Guardian completly obliterated them and was actually hurting them in the real world, while Tsukasa stood there watching, helpless, since the Guardian wasn't obeying the command to stop.

when aura was on her bed, and Tsukasa did something bad. Aura turned and she her eyes were wide open. completely black with red dots. That scared the **** out of me.

I'd have to agree with that.

Or perhaps when the Guardian was attacking Mimiru and Bear with Tsukasa watching - realizing that he has no control over it.

Mine would be when....that grunty was hitting the walls of the dungeon.

either the beginning of party, that part when Tsukasa was regenerated and aura's eyes were all purple and weird..., or that part where Subaru got all beat up and Tsukasa and Subaru were hugging...it was cute at first...but then I remembered that Tsukasa was a girl (big spoiler for me because I heard it before I reached the ending -_-) and that sort of freaked me out...although I know that Tsukasa didn't remember...

 Where he is punished by Morganna with DD in one of the later episodes... seeming as though he was paralyzed or blinded afterowrds... that seemed painful and frightening...

The ending, with what happened to Sora and hearing his scream... yikes.

And yup, when the gaurdian beats up the four girls too.

I take it back...I just got vol. 3 DVD (finally my DVD collection is complete >.<!!!) ...and now I think those scenes when Macha looks evil creeps me out...

 Definatly when Morganna tortures Tsukasa, just for bringin Subaru there. Also the episode where Aura stabs Tsukasa... and ha Subaru's face. Definatly forshadowing for the evil Aura and what happened when Tsukasa brougth Subaru there. :/ That was terrible. Definatly when Tsukasa was being tortured... x.x The Aura underwater thing after that was creepy aswell. Same with the crucifixtion of Sora. o_x

Creapiest moment for me was when Mimiru went to get tea and didn't log out and just took off her head set. o_o it was freaky. Glad that I won't be the one watching myself when I do that to do chores. :XD

I got sad when The RL Tsukasa fed that really thin cat (The ribs were poppin! 0_0) and it smiled, but his dad just grabbed the cat by the neck.

My creepiest you mean...favourite? O_O

In no particular order, I'd say...

 When the Guardian attacked the Long Arms.
When Subaru got beaten up.
When Tsukasa was tortured and he was just sitting there.
When Sora was crucified and you discover that he's only ten.
When Tsukasa dreams about Aura stabbing him and having Subaru's face.
After his regeneration when aura just stared at him.
Oh yeah, and when Maha was DDed by the three Guardians and you hear her scream.

The creepiest moment of .hack//SIGN for me was when Tsukasa is staring at Aura and she opens her big, black, creepy eyes at him...

There's also the moment where, and I forgot where this is, Aura's face turns into this almost demonic look. >_<
