In Mutation, I have spoken to Mimiru behind the Grunty Barn AND in the alley way in Outbreak. But, watching a preview, I have seen sora, silverknight, and I think BT as well. Do any of you know where they are hiding?

You get them in the last volume.

You do not find any of those, you only see Mimiru's reflecvtion in the town and Memory Fragments in Hidden Forbidden Holy Ground.

1 question iy didnt they make   mimiru or bear selectable insted of subaru and sora i know blackrose is in theyre but i like mimiru better and i never really liked sora dat much 2 begin with

The reason as to why you get  Sora, Tsukasa and Subaru is explained in .hack//ZERO (the novel that is still being released in Japan).

The following are spoilers of .hack//ZERO (very summurised, otherwise it'd be an even bigger spoiler) so that whoever wishes can have a better idea of why they're in the party:
 Essentially, you are not getting the real Sora, Tsukasa and Subaru; those are just data remnants of their characters (except in Sora's case, that's a Sora replica made by Morganna that got defeated and had its memory erased) which were in the NetSlum.
Since they were still functional, Helba gives Kite their member addresses so that he can use them.
Note how they have very vague memories of their original selves, since they're only data remnants of the originals.

Are you sure about that? Sora seemed like the real thing, since his memory appeared to be fine.

Suncoast and Sam Goody have them. Stores that sell books also have them as well.
