What do these items do?

I have more than 1 of each of those items shown in the pictures but can't quite figure out their relevance to the game? Could somebody explain what they do and how to apply them please? Thanks

3)What do all these Sheep Cards do? The bronze/silver/gold ones and the one with only the face? Also what is the green sword card do?

1 and 2 can be exchanged for items (pots or Tickets), cards, or sometime Equipments
3) The 1st one is used to increase the chance of success of Skill-up , the others, just sell them, that's all they are about, though the 2 swords with the green Background can also be used as a profile picture for you.

4)EX Metals are used to level up weapons , though some weapons can't be upgraded at all (such as the one in the screenshot) .

This is used to remove shells from equipment , I never used it , so, I'm not quite sure how it works...
