"Well first of all, we haven’t stated that second-hand games… we haven’t made a statement on the second-hand games question," answered Gara. "There was a lot of reaction to a patent that was filed, which is a matter of course for a technology business like us, to file various patents at various times, many of which many never see any application but they are good to have depending on ideas that might be building."
"So what we’re here to do is offer the best value and the best gaming experience for gamers," he continued. "The answer to the pre-owned question isn’t clarified just yet and we’re working through that and we’ll announce our position in more detail as and when we can."
"It's a massively important issue and I understand why it's one that keeps coming up and will keep coming up, because people want to know what the exact stance is," Denny said.
"In relation to points like that, of course we're mindful of what the game development community wants and what the wider industry issues are with those things. I think in good time that will become clearer," he added
Shuhei Yoshida stated that "when you purchase the disc-based games for PS4, that should work on any hardware." When asked whether games would require online registration, Yoshida noted that that decision was up to the publisher. When asked if Sony, as a publisher, would require games to be registered online, Yoshida said, "we are not talking about that plan."
Microsoft and Sony's conference are on Monday so any new unannounced games, console reveal and price will be posted once I get off work.
Will list other titles from other publishers as well. I hope Sony stay DRM free.

I don't get why Xbox is complicating their own system.

Killer Instinct was one of the shittiest fighters I've ever had the displeasure to play. No control/combo explanations, no strategy, hell it basically rewarded you for button mashing! I pulled off a 130 hit combo with Glacius doing that and felt like this was the stupidest game possible.

Just my random thoughts on E3:
I thought Microsofts conference was pretty strong in terms of games, still not enough to make me look past it's problems. But Ryse looked okay. They'll also be having MGSV, which looks amazing.
Sony's conference was mostly entertaining for the jabs they threw at Microsoft, was smiling the whole time.
Other than that, the things that got me REALLY excited were the EA and Ubisoft conferences for stuff like:
Dragon Age III - The trailer looking amazing, even with the subpar game DAII was I'm really looking forward for DAIII, and Varrics AND Morrigan in the same god? Jesuja. Really can't wait.
Mirrors Edge - So apparently it's not a sequel but a reboot, and unneeded reboot, but I'm still pretty excited to seeing more of Faith. DAIII and this will be definete pre-orders.
Watch Dogs - Been checking this for weeks, looks pretty dope, not really much else to say, but they have interesting stuff and I hope it ends up as good as it looks.
South Park - Fart jokes and all, I still really want this game
Mad Max - This was just a bad joke, making everyone think it was Fallout 4 and ends up being Mad Max. Mad Max is still cool though, so I'm not that mad, will probably get it if it looks good.
The Division - This looked REALLY cool, it's a pity it's a console exclusive, I wouldn't gotten it day 1, love the cold post-apocalyptic feel and the gameplay looks dope.

I think Sony just kicked Microsoft in the balls with this. I think Sony wanted to reveal their stuff just to see what gamers thought of the Xbox one release and wanted to see what the feed back for it would be. When they saw so man negative feed back about the Xbox one I think they decided not to make the same mistakes as Microsoft. In my opinion Sony knows what the gamers want and they're going to stick to what they want. Microsoft is just money grubbers that don't care what people want. Smart move on Sony's part though listening to the gamers because now they'll be the ones making all the money and not Microsoft.

I haven't walked into the Nintendo booth. I'll see if they have it.
Deus Ex: The Fall comes out this summer.
Can't believe Mirror Edge 2 is a reboot.
Other multiplat games:
Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number
Pac-Man Museum
Pac-Man Championship Edition DX
Ibb & obb, 2 player co-op puzzle game.
I'm not expecting anymore announcements for the last day of E3.

It's still summer.
Fez 2 was announced. Still in development and won't be out for a few years.
Xseed did have a booth this year.
I toned down the brightness because I couldn't read Marvelous or Xseed at their booth due to the bright lights.
I guess that is it for E3.

Yep, I was working E3 all those days at 505 games for Payday 2. I'm glad its over. Just wanted to experience what it was like working there instead of attending. Its really exhausting. The devs were tired, we were tired. None of us went to the afterparties. Maybe one of the devs did.
