A stealth, action-adventure, and steampunk game about a disgraced bodyguard who makes a pact with a being who is described as half angel and half devil who gives him magical powers to aid in his revenge against those who wronged him, judging from the trailer and the things I've read up on it, the gameplay reminds me of Deus Ex: Human Revolution, The setting is in a City suffering from a rat plague of sorts, the game is also said to resemble half-life 2 in a way.

That soundtrack is really good. Drunken whaler, a spin-off of Drunken Sailor.
Published by Bethesda Softworks? Starting at the prison should have been a dead giveaway. I just hope it's not too buggy. That trailer looks really good.

I seriously hope not,I read that the open worldness is rather limited, just like Bioshock, and on another note there is a chaos system in the game, do things that cause chaos such as killing out in the open or any other similar things will end up in the world becoming more of a hell hole than it already is, like rats infesting the world and NPC's attacking each other.

The brilliant thing about it is the fact that you can literally do ANYTHING YOU CAN THINK OF with what the game gives you and still manage to make it work due to the way in which the dev team tried to avoid making the environment too scripted; one of the best examples being firing off some random 10-odd crossbow bolts and then watching as they kill off 3 of the guardsmen in the room, all while being a complete co-incidence that's almost impossible to replicate more than once! It's absolutely amazing!

as soon as this comes out I'm getting rid of skyrim.
Love how you can be creative with how you take out your opponents.

Got mine today, and its even better than what I was expecting, the combat doesn't feel clunky, in fact it's kinda smooth, its simple to control yet you can perform all sorts of moves with your sword besides swinging left and right, and I must say the emphasis on stealth and action are pretty well balanced rather than leaning on to one side, a good part is you can complete an entire mission WITHOUT KILLING a single person(targets included), and now I have every right to say this: Skyrim, Suck it!
