I just want to talk about food, for starters I like porter house steak, cooked medium rare and with mashed potatoes and vegetables.

I prefer White meat because its lean, I can't stand fat. I used to like fish, but after developing an anaphylactic allergy to it I can't have it anymore. Not a fan of sweets, I like things bitter. I rarely drink soda anymore, maybe 1 a month? And I've been keeping it that way for the last 3 years. I'm excellent at cooking pasta and making burgers with just the perfect mixes of seasoning. I go though a gallon of milk every 2 days.

I like most fruits, almost all shellfish, some fish, and a few assorted types of vegetables.
Favorites being,
-Fruits: Strawberries, peaches, oranges, lemons, blueberries
-Shellfish: Clams, crab, lobster, scallops
-Fish: Salmon, ocean whitefish (haddock, cod, pollock and the like)
-Vegetables: Carrots, broccoli, green beans, cabbage, potatoes
With the exception of potatoes, I prefer my vegetables raw.
In regards to recipes? I tend to like Italian food (mostly southern Italian) and sometimes Chinese and Japanese food. I like sushi as long as it doesn't have raw fish (strange, I know), and one of my favorite Italian dishes is stuffed calamari (squid for those of you who don't know what that is).
Things I don't like? I usually dislike spicy or bitter food, and I absolutely despise coconuts. I'm not a big fan of catfish, and while I'll eat beef and pork, I'm not really the biggest fan of either (unless it's barbecue pork).
...I could go on and on and on about food.
